New Boutique Hotel/Condo 1.5 blocks from the beach & boardwalk #2

5100 Vacation Club is a boutique Condo hotel property. Ideally located one beach block from the Famous Wildwood Boardwalk and Beach. Also a few blocks from the Convention center to the left and Wildwood Crest to the right and the mile long bike path. It is the perfect location! Walkable to many great restaurants and activities. There is a wonderful green space with outdoor furniture, barbecue grill, outdoor dining tables and an in-ground pool with sun loungers.

There are a total of 11 condos at the 5100 Vacation club, each condo unit comes fully equipped with 2 full bathrooms or more, a furnished private balcony and 1 parking space (additional parking may be purchased).

Family suites sleep 9 people comfortably with over 1,000 sq ft of space; additional fee would apply for a 10th person and would need to be booked in advanced (roll away bed). They consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living room with double sleeper sofa and 2 balconies.

The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom, 42" Smart TV and blackout shades. Our bunk room comfortably sleeping 5 guests, double sized bunk bed with a twin trundle, ample storage for all guests. Each bathroom has elegantly tiled showers.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with service ware.

The living room consist of a 50" Smart TV with internet for streaming and a Comcast cable package. There are lots of windows to enjoy the sea breeze if you choose. Each room also consist of individual heating and cooling units. All suites have professional fire alarm systems, actively monitored as well as fully fire sprinklered systems. 5100 Vacation Club is a Smoke Free property, including both indoor and outdoor space.

There is no daily housekeeping, towels are exchanged every 3 days included in rental price. Towel Service upgrades are available and must be reserved. Upgrade daily towel exchange $25 per day per suite, per weekly reservation, with this option your towels will be exchanged daily.

One parking spot is included with one rental (assigned spot). The parking is from check-in time and the vehicle must be removed at check-out time, or charges will apply. Please contact us for a possible early arrival and late departure for an additional fee if available. Additional parking passes may be purchased for the duration of stay for $155. The parking pass allows you to park anywhere in Wildwood at a metered spot on the street. 5100 Vacation Club is located 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, most streets in our area are metered. Please book in advanced as these will sell out quickly!

Sick of lugging chairs to the beach? We offer beach boxes located on Leaming and the beach a few feet away from the ocean. The box will be stocked with 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 1 Tommy Bahama umbrella, there will be plenty of room for you to leave all your sand toys as well. A key will be provided and must be returned at check-out. Please book in advanced as these will sell out quickly!
