Ontvangst was alleraardigst. Hotel zelf is netjes, maar kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Ontbijt is ruim voldoende. Centrum met restaurants is op circa 5 minuten lopen. Parkeren kan langs de straat of tegen een kleine vergoeding op een afgesloten parkeerterrein.

Not great not terrible just disappointing.

The German version of Faulty Towers. No parking on arrival and the room was tired and noisy. The bathroom was huge but very dated and tired. No AC so the bedroom was hot with the windows closed but the outside noise meant it was not possible to open the windows and still sleep.

Leider konnten wir die Fenster nicht gut auflassen, da der Verkehr von der Straße und die Bauarbeiten im Haus morgens früh schon sehr laut waren. Der Aufzug ist sehr reparaturbedürftig,! Da die Lichtschranke fehlt musste man aufpassen, dass man nicht eingeklemmt wurde 👎der Service ist gut. Das Frühstück super.

Es wird nicht ordentlich geputzt und zwar dauerhaft. Die Ecken sind seit Monaten nicht gereinigt worden, besonders im Bad: dicker, schwarzer Schmutz und es beginnt zu schimmeln. Dann ist die Dusche auch noch unlogisch gebaut und man flutet das ganze Badezimmer! Im Schlafbereich: An den Wänden sieht man sehr groß die Spuren wo jemand sein Gepäck entlang gezogen hat. Die Matratze eher mäßig bequem. Der Online Check-In hat nicht funktioniert. Beim Check-Out kam keine Nachfrage wie es denn war oder Ähnliches.

das Zimmer war überraschend gross, fast eine ganze Wohnung. Aber der Zustand ist nicht - sauber OK, aber ueberall Risse, aufspringende Fugen, usw - nicht einfach nur ein altes Haus, sondern ein altes Haus um das sich niemand so recht kümmert....

Entrance is a little dated but it looks like they have been and are maybe still renovating the rooms. I stayed in a modern comfortable room and slept well. The staff were very friendly and helpful would stay again when in the area

Sehr schönes Zimmer, das aber nach Kanalisation roch. Nach längerer Fensterlüftung ließ es sich leider nicht mehr beheizen, da die Heizung nach 22 Uhr abgestellt war.

Da das hotel einen heizungschaden hatte , wurden wir in das nahegelegene city hotel valois umgebucht wir waren so zu Frieden alle sehr freundlich top hotel, es war alles sauber . Dieekt am Marktplatz hatten einen super blick auf den Weihnachtsmarkt und die Nordsee pasage . Kann ich nur empfehlen.. ;)
