Checked in to different room than booked. Booked a king got two queens. Keys didnt work. Dirty room. Water for shower and sink took almost 20 minutes just to get hot. Channels on tv were not coming in and speakers were blown on tv. Hairs in bed.

Under new ownership. We were the only visible guests that night. First room the toilet was plugged, transferred to second room, lock was not functioning on the door, transferred to a third room. No hot water. Toilet took forever to flush. Toaster was filled with melted cooking debris. Key card very confusing to use.

Thin walls, door bottoms don’t go all the way to the floor so there is and an open area. Walls you can hear your neighbors talking or tv through. Property sats it’s no smoking but that’s all our neighbors did right outside the door. Cig butts everywhere!!!

Enjoyed my stay and would return. Comfortable beds, clean, and convenient to amenities. Room had a microwave and mini fridge plus cable TV. It is a solid 3 star hotel and a good value for the price. The hotel has changed hands a few times in the past couple of years, but I see positive changes. There is no breakfast offered, but it is close to dining options. Staff was friendly and helpful. I did not use the pool while there.. Building is solid block, so it keeps things quiet even though close to a main road.

Property was mediocre at best. They recently changed the door locks and they did not work well, and they only spoke Chinese when the card did not work, which was more often than not, very frustrating! No breakfast, No wifi, No shampoo or conditioner, Bed needs to be replaced as we rolled to the middle, Water pressure was nice and hot water was available.
