Elements has a perfect location, close to the main points of interest. The hotel staff is professional and very helpful. What really lowers the rating is, firstly, the worst bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. The sheets they use are flat and too short for the mattress, so I ended up waking up directly on the mattress. Also, the hallway carpets are very dirty and neglected, giving the hotel an old and run-down appearance. I think that with a little attention to detail, this could be one of the best hotels in Curaçao.

Overall, I had a really excellent week's stay. A great room and balcony, well appointed furnishings and bathroom -- just as described. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The two hotel restaurants I visited, ZOH and Mar y Tierra, were very good and far better than other places where I ate. The hotel is downtown, sometimes a little noisy at night, as you would expect, but very bearable. In short, I was totally pleased with everything.

O pessoal que trabalha no hotel é muito legal e prestativo. O quarto é novo e limpo. Não gostei da porta do banheiro ser de correr e sem ter como trancar. Fica uma greta enorme na porta que tira a dicacidade para se usar o banheiro. O barulho do bar que tem em cima do hotel é embaixo também incomoda bastante.

This hotels location is perfect the staff are very helpful and friendly rooms are clean.excellent location Everything is in walking distance then only issue is the pay street parking must have changed to put in meter from 8am to 6p if mobile app not working.A car rental is really not needed

The hotel was really nice, I like that it wasn’t far from all the beautiful restaurants. I love Cascade Restaurant Rooftop, the Mia Ter Restaurant breakfast was lovely and dinner was top tier. I really enjoyed the food at ZoH restaurant. I want to thank the cleaning lady who went out her way to get me some medicine because of my back. If I had to suggest anything either get better mattress or mattress topper because the bed aren’t comfortable. The hotel can take some updated on carpet in hallways, furniture on balcony and rooftops

A very comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooftop restaurant/bar was a highlight. Perfectly located in the heart of Punda with plenty of walkable restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend.

This property is covered in mold, brown/ yellow stains. 1st red flag -There is only one front desk person working the reception. He attempted to take pictures of our passports with hit phone. The scanner was not working. I advised i was not comfortable with him having our information on his personal phone he immediately agreed. 2nd red flag- When asked to review the property while we wait for our room we quickly realized the property was not in the same conditions advertised. The rug were stained. The pool was green. ALL the furniture on the top deck cannot be used. They are using bed sheet covers to cover up the holes, mold and stains. 3rd red flagged - I informed them i would not bring staying and did not need my reservation. I requested a refund. The receptionist agreed its been a while since the property looked liked the advertisement. The owner is the only person to authorize a refund and according to the receptionist he was somewhere unreachable. I’ve escalated with Expedia and I’ve been informed 3x by Expedia that the hotel is not responsive and can’t guarantee a refund unless they a response. Do not stay here. You will need a car in Curacao thinking you are staying here to be close to punda will do nothing for you. These people are taking people money.

I am torn about this property. In my opinion the owners cut too many corners. #1 is there is ZERO soundproofing. If you plan to sleep before midnight this NOT the hotel for you. For a property with multiple restaurants and constant street noise there should have been more insulation. Secondly the bath towels are very cheap. The location is EXCELLENT. I LOVED being able to walk to everything. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. BEST hotel breakfast I've had in years. The front desk service was lackluster. There are 2 girls that provide good service. The rest act like you are a bother. The rooms NEED a sheer covering for the windows so that you can enjoy opening the blinds without others seeing in. Overall I will not be back.
