Poor representation of a Hilton Property. Service is very lacking. Ambient music at the location is drowning Bars and restaurant significantly under staffed No sign of management to express concerns Ingredients to fulfil menu items were often unavailable

The resort itself was very clean and beautiful, and the pools were always well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the Italian and Mexican restaurants — both were delicious. However, there were several frustrations during our stay. The staff often came across as rude or uninterested, even when tipping, and it felt like “pulling teeth” just to get basic items like washcloths. There was almost no entertainment except for one night, and the buffet food was very repetitive. The other restaurants required reservations made the night before, which wasn’t very convenient. The beach was extremely small, and the view was mostly of cruise ships. On top of that, we were woken up every single night by very loud noise, except for two nights. This made the days exhausting and definitely affected our overall experience. Beautiful resort, but the service, noise, and limited amenities kept it from higher stars. We only ended up using the resort maybe two of the days because we ventured out — that’s where all the magical beaches and attractions are. Rental cars are a must!

It’s begin with no bellboy to help you carry your stuff then no towels in the room. We have to wait for one hour to get towels the food in this place have to get a lot of improvement specially also the furniture in the restaurant they all move not comfortable to eat the system with the specialty restaurant. It’s not great.

The private beach was great, spent most of our time there. The buffet was really good as well (though during our stay, it appeared the coffee machines kept breaking down so there were always long lines for that.) the grounds were well kept and modern. The rooms were decent and did the job. Overall it was a nice resort.

Our family's five-day stay at The Rif was an excellent choice. The resort is perfectly suited for a family getaway, offering a wealth of fantastic amenities. We particularly enjoyed that we had access to the facilities shared with the other side of the resort, which gave us even more options for dining and recreation. The customer service was largely very good, with many staff members going out of their way to be helpful. While we did have a couple of encounters with less pleasant staff members, these were the exception rather than the rule. The quality and attentiveness of the rest of the team far superseded these few negative experiences. We had a wonderful time and would happily return.

The pools were great, beach was okay. We rented a car and explored the island instead. The beaches are gorgeous, rent a car! Staff were good. Not your typical all inclusive with chair service at the beach and pool but we were fine with that. Restaurant staff didn’t clear the table of plates or glasses until you vacated. Bar tenders were good. Tonson was an excellent bar tender, very attentive and made good drinks. Food was good. Buffet had an abundance of choices for all 3 meals. Get your own beverage or you’ll be waiting forever. We ate at 3 specialty restaurants- 1. Sofra: excellent! 2. Maya: okay. 3. Italian: good. The last night was horrible as the annual KLM marathon was being held at the RIF the next day. That next day (Nov30th) began at 3:15AM!!!! A person began announcing the runners over a PA system at 3 o'clock in the morning and it continued until 9:15am when I left to catch my flight out. All in all we did enjoy our stay.

The hotel is nice, but the service needs to be better. I felt they are way under staff, Needs friendlier staff especially in the restaurants.In one of the restaurant, we were told that a few things in the menu were missing, also they didnt clean the room a day and assured me it will be done the next day by 10am and I still had to be behind them after 2 pm. So wouldnt recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
