2 bedrooms (a private downstairs room and an upstairs loft) with plenty of room to comfortably sleep 7. Each room has a queen size bed with a twin trundle. The upstairs loft has an additional pull out sofa bed.
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable family room with a great big sofa, large dining table, and a gas fireplace â all while taking in the sweeping views of the valley below. Although there is TV and Wi-Fi, you might prefer to gather on the front porch and pull up a front-row seat to one of Northern Arizonaâs breathtaking sunsets, a night of star-filled skies, or watch the rain and snowfall on the surrounding hills.
When youâre ready to leave the indoor comforts of home, you can easily venture out to explore all the activities this area has to offer. A 40 minute drive to Grand Canyon National Park, 35 minutes to the city of Flagstaff, and a short 20 minutes to downtown Williams, historic route 66 shops and restaurants, and Bearizona Wildlife Park.

Property is located at the top of a hill on a primitive dirt road. 4 wheel drive vehicle or Jeep recommended in the winter months.
In addition to the human neighbors, this area is also shared with the wildlife who call it home - rabbits, deer, elk, coyote, and many birds.
