Great location and condo

Very comfortable, well-furnished condo. As requested, we had a first floor unit which was easily-accessible, with just one step into the unit. There are no reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities, so that was a bit of a challenge. Be aware that air circulation is not the best, with moderately-high CO2 readings (I opened window/door a bit for fresh air); main LR/DR was warm but bedrooms were quite cool/cold. Everything worked properly. - main complaint:: condo was clean EXCEPT for 2nd bedroom which had not been cleaned - unmade bed, dirty towels in bathroom. Awful. Made several calls to front desk before this was fixed (about 2 hours later). - Check in was confusing (they couldn't find our reservation, blaming it on the owner). After check-in, I was directed to the "guest services" counter, where the staff member began to describe "offers". I immediately said "no", at which point she was quite angry. All in all, tho, I would consider staying here. Very nice accommodations, good location, very reasonable pricing.

The unit was pleasant and well appointed. Dishwasher soap, paper towels and like were provided. The beds were a bit stiff for our tastes but overall was a very nice stay.

Nice place and very roomy

We enjoyed our stay. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not cleaned yet, but they took care of it right away and set us up in a new one. Owners were very speedy to respond to any questions we had.

Great location, but would probably stay somewhere else next time

The location was great and most of the staff were friendly. However, I would probably not return. Main complaints: The rear left burner on the stove didn’t work. The unit desperately needs updating (paint, furniture, appliances). There are limited kitchen items (so don’t expect to do much cooking). The description made it sound like there was access to washer and dryer in the unit, but it’s actually in the upstairs hallway and you have to share it with the other unit. It is incredibly small and you can only wash a few items at a time so you end up monopolizing the washer and dryer if you have any kind of laundry to do. The property itself felt safe and it did have an indoor pool, which was nice.

When we arrived, there was spilled coffee on the kitchen's counter top and used soap bars in the master bathroom. The coffee table in the living room was pushed to the side suggesting vacuuming was completed in a hurry or the pull out bed had been used the night before. Housekeeping needs to step up a little more. Even so, we'll stay here again.

Reservations confirmed, unit assigned, unable t o check in due do lack of collaboration with VRBO and the property management. My assigned room was booked to another party for the entire week! My experience was absolutely the world's WORST!!! Never again...

Great time!

Although there were complications with are checkin process, once we got to our condo we were very impressed! Spacious with everything set up for our stay. Our granddaughters enjoyed the pools. Extra activities were provided that we didn’t get to do because we were so busy going to the parks. Everyone was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend this for your stay.

Awesome stay

We have been going to Williamsburg for vacation for the last 10 years or more. This property was the best ever. No complaints. It was very spacious for our family of 6. Location was perfect. Hoping to stay there again in the fall. Thank you Heather!

great family vacatio experience

The 2 bed 2 bath room are excellent for a family vacation. Clean and neat. 15 min to Jamestown settlement, 30 min to Yorktown battle field, and the best is only 5 min to premium outlet mall.
