The only disappointed issues was we called the front desk for a plunger and never recieved one i quired at front desk and young lady said " o yeah i forgot" and on 5th floor sunday someone dropped a cookie and it was all over the floor all day cleaners never picked up even though they were there doing rooms...and when u book it ask if u want a breakfeast but doesnt allow u to clip it and when i inquired the lady had a no idea..last time we stayed the desk woman was amazing and wverything was great not this time disappointed

The hotel was very good overall. The facilities were in good condition. The rooms were clean. The staff were courteous and friendly. The breakfast food needs some improvement but the beverage selection was fine.
