Welcome to Bissell Pond Retreat! We are a family friendly home with 3 spacious levels of living, including 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The open concept living room and kitchen areas provide loads of natural light with floor to ceiling windows! You can sit back and enjoy the amazing views of the pond, beautiful trees, and Northern Michigan sunshine.

When you walk through the front door, you will be amazed to experience the floor-to-ceiling wall of windows! Natural light abounds throughout the main floor. The open concept living and dining areas make it easy to see everything from one end of the house to the other. The primary bedroom is also located on the main floor with the en suite bathroom and sliding glass doors to a private deck. Laundry and a half bath can be found on this floor for convenience, just off the garage. Step upstairs to an open loft area with a balcony overlooking the pond and an extra large bonus room over the garage! In this massive room you will find a private TV area, 1 queen bed, and 2 double beds. There is also a full size bathroom on this floor between the loft area and bonus room, including a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The 3rd living space is located on the basement level. There is a large comfortable space for stretching out and enjoying the gorgeous views of the pond, or watching TV. There is also a 3rd bedroom on this floor with an en suite bathroom and a sliding glass door to the lower patio. Spend evenings down here roasting marshmallows for S’mores at the fire pit, or just enjoying the peace and tranquility of the great outdoors.

HOUSE RULES

* No parties - i.e. Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties due to noise, parking, and property damage issues.

* Street address and email address are required to receive all arrival instructions.

* All renters must submit ID & credit card verification to secure online portal. Minimum age to rent is 28. No exceptions.

* The pond itself is for appearance only, and is owned by a private citizen. It is also protected by the natural conservancy, and cannot be used for fishing, swimming, etc.

* Security deposit of $300 will be placed on the credit card as a hold for 7 days, then released. The card is not charged unless there are damages.
