The property was beautiful and so was the unit. We loved the little sun room and patio. The coffee shop was closed even though it was said it was supposed to be open but that was the only thing that was at all wrong. We loved this place and would like to come back

This was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed, after last time trying to stay in a hotel out this way, we were very nervous because the last place had police everywhere and didnt have our room ready at 11pm even though we paid for it and they kept trying to get us to take a single bed when we had 4 adults so I was so impressed when we walked in the door, the staff at gate, front door and desk were very nice and helpful...i was gonna say the room we stayed was beautiful, but it was more like an apartment, I was so excited I danced around when we went inside, i wasn't expecting everything that was in the place, a full kitchen with every accessory you could possibly need, the beds were comfy, everything was clean, the bathrooms have all the items you'd need so didnt have to worry if you forgot anything....this was by far the most absolutely beautiful place I have ever stayed!!! The lady that checked us in was amazing and explained everything we needed to go and even explained how to get where we were going and where over flow parking was....i will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone, ive already been bragging to everyone about how wonderful it was, i cant thank yall enough for our wonderful stay!!!

Excellent location. Nice units with everything one may need. The garbage disposal was not working and it took 10 minutes for someone really effective ( Gilberto) to get to the room and fix it. Excellent!

We stayed six days at Hilton Vacation Club The Historic Powhatan Williamsburg. It was excellent, very clean, convenient to go shopping and restaurants around the town. There are shopping centers and outlet mall nearby and tons of dining options to choose. We also like the quietness of the property. Overall, we had wonderful vacation.

My favorite hotel is the Hilton. All of them. Truthfully my entire stay was wonderful except one thing that seriously upset me. I was IMMEDIATELY deemed ineligible to sit for your presentation because my husband wasn’t present. I was on a trip with my son, my husband wasn’t even there and not that it should even matter but we’re getting a divorce. So I was given all these incentives to come and sit and listen (which I was very interested bc I, alone, have done ALL vacation planning and deciding and plan to travel even more). IS THIS 1952????? Should I also ask him permission to get money from MY bank account? I’m surprised I was allowed to stay on premises without my keeper being with me or giving permission. This is the MOST asinine thing I have EVER heard in 2025… well close anyway. I’m so incredibly offended that this one simple fact made me instantly ineligible to even be present for the presentation. I am planning another trip to Williamsburg VA and it makes me pause on booking this location again. You NEED to eliminate this archaic rule. This absolutely put a damper on our stay before I even got to my room. I expect a phone call to discuss this terrible rule you have in place.

Poor check-in time and restaurant not open

We arrived around 5pm on Thursday the 24th of July 2025. There was a queue at check-in and it took for aged to reach the counter. Secondly we asked whether the resport had a restaurant, as we were not going out to eat nor make food in the kitchen. The answer was yes and that it closed at 9.00 pm. Arriving at the restaurant at 8.30 there was a sign on the restaurant door saying: This section is closed (as if there were another section). We did not find any ofther section hence we went to bed on 2 apples we had + a Hershey bar of chocolate.

It was nice but when it was time for bed we pulled the sheets back it was crumbs and hair in the bed. No saop and we didn't have a quilt we call several times and never received one. Also they gave us a late checkout we went to the pool and came back we was locked out of the room

Our entire family (4 total) stayed in (2) separate 3- bedroom suites. We requested for them to be side by side (noting we had a handicap senior as well as small children), which was fulfilled. The accommodations were nice, clean, and easy accessibility to pool, restaurant, and location ideal for tourist attractions without busyness. Definitely would consider staying at this facility again (though not interested in investing timeshare:).

It was a wonderful stay as normal. Plenty of space in the room for my family to all spread out. This is our go to spot in Williamsburg.
