This resort needs renovation. The paint on the walls is old, the carpet is old, our bathroom shower door was stuck and had to be fixed by maintenance. The towel rack came out of the wall when I put my wet towel on it to dry. There is no restaurant on the property, however there are several nearby. On the better side, the bed was extremely comfortable!

Can’t wait to come back!

This is by far the nicest hotel complex I’ve ever stayed in. Incredible beds, fabulous shower, gorgeous room, and wonderful staff. I will be back, next time for more than one night.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel is older and quaint. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The website is true and upfront we did not stay in our rooms we went and saw beautiful Williamsburg and our room was very nice and very affordable

For our family the cottages in the back were quiet and not crowded. The room was clean. I walked barefoot and I normally don't like too. We have decided when we go back, we will stay again. Location was what we needed to where we were going every day.

Tony B the staff member that checked me in was excellent. Room was spacious, beds comfortable. We didn’t stay at the main lodge we stayed in the cottages and loved it. Like a little village.

The first cabin we were taken to actually had me gasp for how different it was VS what the pictures showed that I booked under. Like, seedy motel vibes. They did move us to an “updated” room, but our shower had no curtain and the walls were paper thin (and unfortunately the man staying in the room next to ours was quite loud.) I also didn’t realize this was a time share property. I would not stay here again
