We were disappointed with the hotel for the price we paid. The room was extremely small and closet was a 4ft tall cave, completely impractical. The carpet was visibly old and dirty that you don't want to put your bare feet on it. Walk in shower was cheap spilling water in the bathroom floor. Housekeeping service was not provided, we had to take trash out ourselves and make beds. Resort fees were charged but there was no resort-style amenities or services to justify the price.

No central air, a fan was provided, which we appreciate, but still frustrating. The shower head was filthy, heavy mold and mildew build up, the same with the sink sprayer and spout. Just could use a better scrub. Not bad though and we appreciated everyone working there to make our stay worthwhile and pleasant.

The hotel is like a cute little village, and it was really nice pulling right up to the little duplex cottage that stayed in. It is also extremely close to William & Mary. The check-in clerk was helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean. Our only complaint is about the water pressure. Taking a shower there was like running through a baby‘s baptism.
