Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The breakfast was outstanding. I’ll give them that customer service hit a miss I think people don’t understand a power of facial expressions. There was no microwave in a room so I had to keep going downstairs to use it and that microwave is so tiny and irritable to use. It was actually making me angry plus the fact that there was no napkins or rags around to help clean up the mess I had to use one of my shirts to clean which I wound up throwing out. The rooms are absolutely disgusting if you look behind a TV or behind a bed and then some visible areas it’s just gross. The carpets are disgusting. They can do a lot better had I not booked in advance I probably would’ve left the first day but I was there for a week unfortunately The bathrooms are tiny and extremely uncomfortable for a big guy like myself. I’m 6 to 260 pounds and I felt like every time I sat on the toilet it was gonna break the showers are awesome. I enjoyed that but overall I wouldn’t stay here again. I’d rather pay extra.
