Private parking with a wrap around driveway and parking pad, plus a front porch with seating and a back deck make this perfect or your group to enjoy the home to the fullest!.



The Space:

With six bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep 16 guests. There are 3 bedrooms featuring queen beds and a smart TV. Another bedroom features another queen bed, along with a twin bed. Another room has a queen and a full bed. The final bedroom features a full size bed, with a twin trundle underneath. A pack and play is also available to make packing a little lighter!



Included in your stay is cable and wifi, along with five total smart TV's that can access any apps of your choosing such as Prime, Netflix, and HBO. You are welcomed to use your personal subscription when logging in. There is also a DVD player for your convenience.



There is a large laundry room in this home that you can use at your disposal. There are two washers and two dryers, both large, to make this a great stop during large trips or extended stays. This home also has a long porch with railings in the front of the home, and a large deck with more privacy in the back! The wrap-around driveway makes this home perfect for large groups with multiple vehicles. There is a large parking pad in the back of the home, to suit large groups and prevent blocking the driveway!



Accessibility to this home can be through either the front or back door. There is a key less lock on the front door, of which your own personal code will be provided prior to check in.

The entire home is set up for you! Access to the home is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you are 1 minute off the Williamstown exit, and 2 minutes from the Ark Encounter parking lot! This home is not only perfect for Ark Encounter guests, but any large group visiting a wedding at The Josephina Event Venue, Creation Museum, Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park, or any event in Cincinnati! There is a hand book in the listing for local recommendations on brunch, coffee, and dinner!

8 of us from a church in FL came for a conference and visit at the Ark Encounter. It was very close to our event, the house was very roomy for all of us to have a comfortable stay. We loved it and want to come back next year!

This house was very convenient to the Ark Encounter

We planned this trip around the Ark Encounter, and this house was very close. The pictures shown were very accurate. The only drawback was we had small children, and the house was very close to the road. i do recommend staying here for the convenience to the interstate, and restaurants, and like I said the Ark Encouinter

This house was perfect for the 12 of us. Close to the ark which was part of the reason for the trip! Good location to do a short walk in the neighborhood. Made our meals for breakfast and lunch. Had enough chairs as well for the 12 of us as well for our meals. Very clean and they are very organized and stay in contact if needed!

Ark Encounter Trip

Property was good for a large group. There were 10 of us. The front porch and the back patio were great. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen furnishings could have been better. Not much of an assortment of pots and pans, no juice glasses and no wine glasses. Overall, we had a great stay.

You could see the Ark from the back deck!

We were super close to Ark which was so nice. You could see it he Ark from the back deck!!!! Not too far from creation museum either. The company NeatSuites was super easy to deal with as well. Very accommodating and quick to respond. Plenty of items- pots, pans, spatulas etc... to cook with as well!! There were 16 of us and we had plenty of bed space and seating!!! It could have been cleaner, the bathrooms (toothpaste splatter on the mirrors and dirty potties) and the living room floor had to be swept to get the food crumbs up.

Overall, the house was as advertised and good accommodation for our group of five couples. Some things to add or fix: Dish cloth and dish towels, a dish drainer Mirrors in bedrooms positioned for fixing hair or putting on make-up Windowless bedroom isn’t really a legal bedroom Plastic dishes need to go! Convenient location for visiting the Ark, but…

The location for visiting the Ark is perfect. We had 12 ladies staying for the Answers for Women conference. The house was adequate for our needs. However, some of the ladies wanted me to mention that the bedroom carpets were not very clean. I found previous guests’ chips in the oven warming drawer. Nothing was gross, just not squeaky clean. Also, several light bulbs are out, there are not enough dishes (only 8 plates), insufficient blankets, and zero kitchen towels. The floor is unlevel throughout the house and squishy in front of one of the showers. One other thing to note, the train tracks are quite close, and the horn does blow at night. Overall, it was fine, but way overpriced for the quality of the home. I would grade this home a solid C. We have opted to find a different property for next year’s conference.

Church Youth Trip 2022

We had a group of 16 adults, teenagers, and one child, and this was probably the best house I have booked on a reward trip. Of course we had to arrange rooms and sides of the house, but it was so spacious, we had no problems fitting the group inside. We were able to spread out throughout the house, we were all able to sit in the living room to hang out. Double washer and dryer was very nice for washing clothes, as well as a kitchen with at least all the utensils we needed. The front yard is fairly small, but the road in front of the house isn't too busy. Also, if you pull a trailer, be careful about pulling into the driveway, it's pretty narrow and steep enough grade that your trailer could rub. As far as location, for those who wish the visit the Ark Encounter (highly recommended), it is only five minutes away, and there is an amazing Mexican restaurant very close by. The town is just up the road, and though we didn't visit it, it does look like a nice place to walk. There is also the Williamstown lake. It could have just been a not-so-great experience, but I would not recommend swimming. As someone who grew up swimming at lakes, we swam next to the Williamstown Marina and the water was very dirty. For those who wish to visit churches while on vacation, if you're willing to make the hour drive, visit Clay Mills Baptist Church, outside of Lexington. It is well worth the drive.

Very Clean and Roomy

Cleanliness and good beds are important to me. Checked both of those boxes. Upon arrival, a few minutes before 4pm, cleaning super was there ensuring that a new cleaner did a good job. She was so nice and helpful and offered to leave immediately if we wanted that. Entire place was very clean. Location is minutes from Ark, and the front porch is perfect for hanging out and visiting. This is the perfect property for a large group visiting the Ark.

Could Not Have Been Better

Very clean. Easy to find. Everything we needed. It was late when we got there and did not have time to stop for coffee to drink the next morning….it was there waiting for us!! Those little touches make a huge impact!! We really appreciated all they offered.
