Good place to stay if you are a worker. They have a mud room for your boots outside the main entrance. Could use a deep cleaning. Enjoyed my stay.

Was a good property has went down hill last couple years. Toilet seat broken, carpet filthy and damaged, walls by sink dirty, paint smeared all over toilet tank, bathroom fan broken sounded like your standing next to a helicopter with a screaming noise. Needs maintenance. Have stayed here a lot. Probably looking for somewhere new.

A water line broke, so no water in rooms. I needed liquid drink for medication. They said they had water at the desk. I’m assuming water is complementary since no water in rooms. I went down to desk. They referred me to a retail case w/food & beverages. Clerk said pick out whatever you want. I picked a Gatorade & began drinking it. She asked payment. I objected because prior conversations sounded like it was complementary, no water in rooms & motel has obligation to provide water in such circumstance. She gave me the Gatorade, but made it clear no more. I went out to get bottled water. They called me saying I could not stay there because I’d disrespected the clerk, but they would refund my room charge. I had to get out or they’d call Sheriff. I checked out, & clerk showed me a form showing they’d refunded room fee to Expedia & I’d have to call Expedia (because I’d paid through Expedia). Expedia would return the entire amount. It was about 10:30pm. Could not find another room in the area at that hour, so left to drive home to WI. Miserable & dangerous trip. I called Expedia on Wed. Was told they did not show a room refund received. She said she’d call hotel and get back to me. I heard nothing so called Bakken abt 4 pm. Balken management had talked to Expedia & decided I wasn’t entitled to any refund, but no one bothered to tell me. I am angry w/Bakken & Expedia! Unjust eviction of a Sr citizen and failure to provide water to guests. Failure to refund.

Carpets filthy. Refrigerator so loud interrupted sleep. Room was smelly. They give you 4 Toddler size pillows on a king size bed. They were all old and horrible. Looked nothing like the pictures and I don’t know where they pulled the reviews from because it was nothing like described.

Staff was okay. She didn’t ask about our stay. We usually come to Williston about 4-6 times a year and stay 2-4 days at a time. Needless to say, we won’t be back to this place.
