Perfect size & configuration for 3 couples, two with infants. Kitchen was great with lots of pots, pans, plates, and plenty of extras which made eating-in easy. Lots of nice areas to hang out as a family and enjoy each other. Didn't get to use the hot tub...maybe next time! Really enjoyed our stay.

We were there to lay my mother in law to rest. Spent the entire time hanging out with family we don't see. 3 of our 5 kids and brothers/sister. It was a great location to the airport which required 7 trips. The neighborhood was very nice.

From the moment we opened the front door to when we closed it as we left, it was absolutely incredible. Such a gorgeous home with every single detail thought out to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had 10 family members from age 2 to 72, and we all enjoyed our time here. Christina was amazing - answering questions quickly and offering suggestions on what to do and where to eat. We couldn’t recommend this home more highly for an amazing vacation with friends and/or family.

We recently spent our family vacation at this property and had a blast! First, Christina was a perfect host. Extremely responsive, and proactive in ensuring we had the best experience. The property was clean, well-stocked and had the best amenities! The rooms are much larger than it appears in photos. The pool and slide were a big hit with the younger ones, and the hot tub was a great bonus. The game room provided plenty of excitement during the typical pop-up showers that happen during North Carolina summers. We had a group of 14, ranging from age 6 to age 80. The first floor bedroom was perfect for my Dad. And as far as the location, it was exactly where we wanted to be! The stoplight at the entrance of the neighborhood made getting in and out a breeze. We were close enough to everything but not in the middle of all of the summer beach traffic. Thank you again, Christina, for being such a gracious and accommodating host!

Beautiful home and amazing outdoor space!!

Our family had an amazing week at this beautiful home!! It was the cleanest home we’ve ever rented and was well appointed with anything you could possibly need. The pool/game room and the entire outdoor space was perfect and kept both kids and adults entertained for hours!Location was great too! We loved shopping in downtown Wilmington just a short drive away, and Wrightsville Beach was close too!We would definitely rent this home again the next time we visit Wilmington!!

Graduation weekend

This property was ideal for our family to come together for UNCW graduation. Very convenient location and the house was very spacious and comfortable and provided everything we needed. Though some cooler weather limited our pool time, we loved sitting on the deck around the fire pit in the evening. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Home in Wilmington, NC!

Visiting Wilmington, NC for the first time - travelling with my wife and two boys (ages 8, 9). This home is nicely located to area attractions and an easy drive to downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. We all loved the pool! Most importantly, Christina was accessible and extremely responsive. She also provided great area recommendations and answered all of our questions prior to booking, in advance of the trip and even checked-in during the visit to make sure everything was going smoothly. Highly recommend the host and the home for a visit to the Wilmington, NC area.

Wonderful

The home was even better than expected! Our whole family stayed there for our daughter’s wedding and the downstairs master was a blessing. The kitchen and pool were a dream. We hated to leave. My messages were always returned and taken care of. We will definitely come back.
