Entire private 2BR main house & unfenced yard included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.

The property also includes a separate 1BR unit with its own private entry. For larger groups or families, both units may be booked together (based on availability).

Outdoor areas are assigned for privacy: Unit A guests enjoy dedicated use of the front yard, and Unit B guests have exclusive backyard access. The corner-lot layout makes this separation feel natural and private.

Guests can expect to climb a few stairs to get to the front door.

I won’t be available in person. If needed, I`m only a message away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

Please remember you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

If traveling with a pet, please be mindful of noise levels as the space shares a wall with the guest house.

*All guests must be listed on the reservation. No unregistered overnight guests permitted.

*Primary guest must be 21+ and staying on the property for the duration of the reservation.

*Unregistered guests staying on the property will result in a minimum $250 fee per person.

Pets

*Pets are allowed upon request (maximum of 2 pets).

*Pets must be leashed at all times while on the property grounds.

*Pets must be crated if left alone inside the unit.

*Pets must remain off all furniture.

*Guests are responsible for any pet damages and must clean up after their pets.

Property Rules

*Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM (strictly enforced).

*Tampering with the smart lock, front door hardware, or WiFi modem will result in a minimum $350 fine.

*Smoking of any kind inside the property will result in a minimum $500 fee.

*Lost or missing door keys will incur a $50 replacement fee.

*No cryptocurrency mining or similar high-powered electronic activity is allowed.

*Violation of any house rule may result in removal from the property without refund.

*To ensure a peaceful experience for both units, outdoor areas are designated as follows:

*Unit A: Front yard

*Unit B: Backyard
