The staff is wonderful and courteous. The rooms are not bad, but they need to do better in cleaning the bedding, sheets and under the mattress. Found hair and sheets were stained.

We checked out of the room very quickly after checking in. There was no water pressure in the shower, which was fine, but then I was sitting in bed and a mouse ran across my floor. When I brought this up to the front desk they quickly moved my room, however downgraded me from a King Suite to a room with two double beds. I checked out of the room and received my refund from the hotel but was hoping to be refunded for the booking.

Room was clean, staff friendly. Deposit doubled the price of the room, and has yet to be returned. As my bank releases all funds to me once recieved, i know it has not been returned yet. The room was left clean and undamaged. I am not willing to stay here again due to this slowness.
