The property offers beach access, boat ramp access, gated access, internet, and use of the clubhouse featuring pool, locker rooms, hot tub, docks, and lounge chairs. Guest can enjoy two decks, one with ocean views and one with sound views. This allows for viewing the sunrise and the sunset!

This property is located at 927 North Anderson Blvd in Topsail Beach. It is in Building A, on the second level with two flights of stairs.

Bring your boat and have access to the newly renovated boat ramp and enjoy day dock parking and an area to park your trailer!

The beach just received an extensive renourishment project, in the Spring of 2020, providing ample beach in front of Queens Grant.

The pool and hot tub are seasonal. It is open from dawn until dusk (6am-8:30).

When staying at Queens Grant, you are within walking distance (1.5 miles) of several great seafood restaurants, Lewis’s Seafood Shack food truck, Lewis’s Seafood Market, Godwins Market, a bakery, an ice cream shop, a skating rink, Quarter Moon book store/wine bar (that features live music), and local shopping.

The condo has an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The dining table seats 6 with room for 4 more at the bar. The master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom and direct access to the ocean front porch. The porch has a table with six tall chairs to watch the beautiful sunrise or enjoy an evening listening to the waves roll in. The sound side bedroom has two bunk beds (four twin beds total) with access to the sound side porch. There is another full bathroom in the hallway to the sound side bedroom. Futon in living room offers room for two more. Linens and towels are provided!
