Reservation for mid MayEarly May, I was in an accident resulting in 2 broken wrists Messaged host to let her know of injury and need to cancel, instantly received “I am sorry” response from host, I messaged back asking if I owed additional as injury affected my eyesight due to lack of ability to insert contact lenses and having issues reading.Next day received message from host to cancel in appWhen I did so, realized that I was entitled to a refund the previous day and since host held off on the response to my question I had lost that optionWhile I admit I should have know better, it still speaks to the character of this host to take advantage of an injured person, on pain meds pending surgery, who was trying to do the right thing and asked another for advice.I am sure the property is fine, but the review process required a rating in order to leave a comment.
