There was on positive and that was the young lady to the left that checked me in.
I had issues with tv and internet not working and the other young lady (Looks Puerto Rican hung up on me and then apologize saying the GM told her to hang up and be rude. She seems to be under horrible manager and once I talked to him, he felt bad that the items weren't functioning in my room then says "You can check out and leave knowing all other hotels were booked elsewhere, then he bragged about owning plenty of other hotels. Hilton should really investigate this guy. I will not deal with disrespect and one day he could pay the ultimate price trying to talk down on someone.
Low quality property and stay- property is not upkept and staff service is bad. Our room was not cleaned and smelled like dog, when we requested it be cleaned they said they would but never did. One of the beds was broken and the ac system was leaking/ not working properly. Management and staff did not follow through on request. Was very surprised of the low quality for a Hilton.
If you are sensitive to odors, do not stay here!
The entire hotel smells of mold and there is an attempt to cover it up with fragrance that is pumping out in the lobby.
We were given room 319. Iâm almost certain that the worst of the odor is coming from the ac unit in the room. I tried to get a new room but they said they were sold out. I decided to sweat with the ac off to make the odor more bearable and fell asleep with my hands over my mouth and nose.
They did switch us to 305 the next day and there was an improvement in the odor but it was still pretty gross.
Very comfortable beds! Looked exactly like the pictures on the site! Very clean & modern. Nice desk area to work at. Wonderful shower with a great showerhead! Staff was friendly and accommodating! I stayed down the road at a pricier hotel on the beach and wished I could swap out the two hotels!
