Gone down hill

There was road construction from midnight to 6am. The complimentary ear plugs didn't help. The stack of juice cups in the morning were dirty and covered in flies.

Stay was okay, clean hotel, but minor inconveniences will cause me not to stay here again. A nice pet friendly hotel, but don't care for dogs in the tiny breakfast serving room. Also, the hotel will not transfer an outside call to a room or allow direct room calling.

Cleaning staff never changed the sheets in the room, air conditioning was terrible had it set to lowest possible setting (65) and consistently stayed low to mid 70’s in the room… Front desk never checked in to see if we needed anything and during check out all the desk attendant said was “your receipt will be emailed to you”

Overall it was a decent value. The hotel is showing wear and tear. The beds were comfortable but the shower/bath layout is poor. Very little room to move around and insufficient towel racks/hooks. The location is very convenient to highways and restaurants.

Girls at the front desk were very polite. It was fast and easy check in. I like that they text you before arrival and once you check in to make sure you don’t need anything else. Check out was super simple on my phone. I like that they are dog friendly. Pool was nice. Room was nice and clean. I would stay again.

Inconvenient

The room was very clean and modern, but the layout was very inconvenient. The frig, microwave, and coffee maker were all in a cubbyhole with the sink. There shower end that butted up to the sleeping space was glass so the bathroom light lit up the bedroom. The elevator was out and the 2nd floor was designated for pets, so we had to climb 3 floors with luggage and a baggage. I have a bad hip, my husband has a bad shoulder, so we made one trip up ands didn't go back down til we left. I know that was not their fault. I'm just telling the details of our stay.
