Very happy with this place. We were nervous at first to book because there was no reviews on VRBO, but John with Horizon Properties was very helpful and reassuring over the phone. They have many positive reviews on other sites, they havent been on VRBO for long, hence the no reviews here. The private beach is along Baltac Road. We were thinking the private beach was the Timber Ridge one, that you need a fob and parking pass for, but it is not. Where this place is located, it is under construction so, for the time being, there were work trucks going by during the week and construction materials around, hence the reason for the 4 stars. You can here the highway if you are outside or have a window open, but if you have the windows closed the place is very quite. This was a great property for our family and dogs, we highly recommend it.
