For safety concerns, the windows in each room are non-operable due to the building's proximity to the main road and ground-level rooms facing the pavement.
Children (under the age of 18) must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Pets must not be left in any room unaccompanied and should be supervised at all times.

For the price not what we were expecting, much smaller than the photos led to believe, smell of damp, grout in shower news mildew remover also overflow in sink needs toothbrush it was black , found rubbish and 5p under the bed.
Also was told we could park outside and we received a parking ticket.
