Beacon at the Lakes - Cozy & Bright 2bd/2ba Ground Level Condo

This is the perfect place for a relaxing couple or family getaway! It is ideally located just minutes from the best of Windsor: old town, Future Legends, lakes, golf courses, and more. Our cozy 2 bed / 2 bath condo features plenty of space to relax, a fully equipped kitchen, cute patio, gas fireplace, and newly updated living spaces that are bright and welcoming. You will find careful attention to your needs, from a pack-n-play and high chair, to board games, playing cards, and books to enjoy.

We are located remotely but will be happy to connect with you via email, text, or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. We also have local resources standing by if needed.

The Neighborhood:

Windsor is close to many of Northern Colorado’s best attractions. You’ll be within walking distance of local parks and bike/walking paths. For sporting events, The Ranch Events Complex (Blue Arena), NOCO Sports Center and the Future Legends Complex are all a short drive away. If you enjoy golfing, you’ll be less than a 15 minute trip from Highland Meadows Golf Course, Raindance Resort, Pelican Lakes Resort, Ptarmigan Country Club, and Harmony Golf Club.

A grocery store is just 10 minutes away. If you choose to dine out, there are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby in Windsor. Windsor is 1 hour away from Denver and Estes Park, and a 30 minute drive from Old Town Fort Collins.

Located just about 1 hour north of Denver, Windsor is the gem of Northern Colorado. While still keeping a small town feel, it boasts premier restaurants, bars, entertainment and event centers. It’s a short drive to Fort Collins, Greeley, and Loveland, and is close to I-25 which gives easy access to Denver, Cheyenne, and Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
Whether you’re here to enjoy a sporting event at NOCO Sport Center or the Future Legends Complex, wanting to check out the plethora of local microbreweries, looking for easy access to the mountains or Windsor’s large trail network, or proximity to CSU or UNC, Windsor has you covered.

● Book your flight with United Airlines to the Northern Colorado Regional Airport (FNL) and they’ll fly you into Denver and give you a shuttle ride to FNL.
● There are car rental agencies in Loveland and Fort Collins.
● Uber & Lyft are always a good option.
● Greenride (Groome Transportation) offers shuttle services from Denver International Airport.
● Turo (vehicle rentals).

From the owners: what do you love about your home?
We love how bright and welcoming our home is! The location is perfect and gives easy access to many fantastic local attractions. One of our favorite places to spend time is Windsor Lake, which has a playground, beach, and 2.7 mile path around the lake. It’s a great place to take kids! There are also concerts, food truck nights, and a farmer’s market over the summer that are a lot of fun to visit. There are lots of great restaurants in town, but our favorite is grabbing a burger at Hearth or hanging out at Coffee House 29. We hope you enjoy your stay at our place!

House was great! It was in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, and great location! Would definitely return! Only downside was it the a/c didn’t go below 70 which made it very hot in the house especially at night, despite opening windows!

Home away from home!

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at! We spent 12 nights and celebrated Thanksgiving in the home. As a mom with four kids from 8-13 it can be difficult to please everyone. That was not the case! The property itself was stocked with EVERYTHING needed to function like you were at home. The location is amazing! It is a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do for kids and adults in close proximity regardless of the weather and has fantastic views!The property managers are great! They are organized, communicative and helpful! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and we were provided a manual that provided all information needed for the property as well as recommendations for surrounding activities and establishments.Rent this property, you won't be disappointed! Our only disappointment was having to leave.

PERFECT!
