OK location. Old and rundown--stains in the carpets, cracked sinks, broken desk chair, the seats in the breakfast area were all torn and the stuffing was coming out. Staff was very friendly and nice. "Hampton Inn" is no longer synonymous with "clean, bright, and modern," and there's starting to be a lot of competition building brand new hotels with less expensive rates. Hampton is no longer my go-to place to stay; it's my last resort.

We are in the process of renovation for entire hotel, including all guest rooms. Moving forward, waiting for plans to be approved from Hilton Corporate, we are looking forward to see renovation process soon.

Nice hotel, excellent staff, good breakfast, and ample off street parking. It's located on a busy Windsor street so rooms on the back side may be more restful.
