Clean lovely room but many many stairs. Staff were great and helped me with baggage. No handrail on the left tho -(right arm in sling). Great breakfast and dinner with pot pie was fantastic.

Steep long stairs to room. No elevators. Black”stuff” stuck to shower head. Rubbed off easily so obviously hadn’t been cleaned properly. Room was ok. No luggage rack so had to prop suitcases on chairs. Not a good place for anyone with mobility issues. Area is very walkable. Windsor castle and downtown about 5 minutes.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast and restaurant area were great. Our room though was looking a bit tired. The headboard was smaller than the bed and was loose. The duvet cover was split. Furniture and decor old and tired for the room price. Parking was great at the station. The room heater/air con unit old and noisy
