Hotel much smaller than appears on photographs and room was very small and cramped however it was spotless clean and well maintained. Breakfast menu had a good selection and food was delicious All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

A genuinely warm welcome, comfortable room but signs of wear and tear - shower frame very scuffed, shower tray a bit lumpy and bumpy, but overall a very nice place to stay for a night or two.

Stayed for one night and had a lovely stay a gentle 15 minute walk into town with a lovely park opposite, patking available a bonus. All the staff were friendly, helpful and a welcome drink in the bar a nice tiuch,breakfast was excellent and would thoroughly recommend if your staying in the area .

Friendly welcome when we arrived,check in very swift. Asked if we wanted to book an evening meal,which was very good. Room comfortable and clean,booked this room as we knew we would be out most of the days. Lovely bath with shower over,nice and clean,towels replenished daily, and White company toiletries Plenty of tea,coffee and hot chocolate in the room. Good space for clothes, iron and ironing board and a safe. Air condition was a blessing as we had some humid weather

We received a very warm greeting from Sara. Without asking she informed we had been upgraded to a room with a larger bed. Like a lot of older UK hotels there was no lift. Sara was quick to offer staff assistance for walk up the one flight of stairs. My wife is celiac. We decided to eat at the hotel. Great service and food. They were very aware of and made adjustments to my wife’s meal. Very kind.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, location was excellent and the beds comfortable and breakfast was good. Room not clean, window latch broken and door into the toilet broken and wouldn't close. It's a direct flight path overhead, the noise from the planes throughout the night was loud! If you need silence to sleep wouldn't recommend!

A lovely property with great staff. Parking was good but you have to book and pay. The dining was convenient and excellent The bathroom, was a little tight. Anyone with long legs would find the appointment a tad awkward. And for those who have mobility issues please note there is no lift at this property. Otherwise a lovely stay.

Excellent hotel for a stay in Windsor. Our stay was just for one night but we found the location and facilities were excellent. Lots of chices for breakfast. Onsite parking for a fee. Easy walk to Windsor centre and sights.
