Loud banging noise from the roof that was heard on the first floor in the vents. They moved us to a different room and the the bath tap wasn't connected properly and water went everywhere anytime we showered. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean.

Kind people but cleanliness is a concern

We enjoyed the food at Aaltos and the pool. Front desk staff were kind and welcoming. However, there was a musty smell in the halls and our room for the duration of our stay, some mild in the corner of the bathtub, and I woke to a bed bug in my bed one morning.

I liked the pool but the hotel sucks it smells like mold they gave a dirty stick to grab my ice and there was a small bug crawling on my mom I forgot to record it but I’d like a refund if possible it’s not up to standards, I just stayed a week at another Canada inns it was NOT this dirty

Room was average. It suited our needs. Couldnt get tv channels working so just signed into something else. No bathroom or rinse off shower in pool area which was strange. I had to go to the front both nights to get towels for the pool. The girls came but would bring 6 towels when more were needed for amount of people there. There were fire refugees staying there and while most were polite some were really rude.
