Pool pump was down so the kids only got about 20 minutes all weekend. Pool water was cold 69 Fahrenheit and the water was murky. Hot tub was broken down. Hide a bed had a hair in it. When we called they said that housekeeping was unavailable and brought us sheets to change them ourselves. For a new building I expected a better experience. The rest of the room was clean enough. Staff was friendly.
