I asked for a refund because the hot tub wasn’t working, no where on there site does it say there hot tub is down!! We didn’t stay, I left upset and out $ because they had false advertising, only was going to that hotel was for the hot tub.

The room was clean and convenient to my travels. Staff friendly as well. However I did have to roll a towel and place at my room door to keep the draft from freezing my ankles, as well as turning the heat up to 25. Should ask for a leeward room since the windchill was biting.
