Didn’t feel comfortable at all walking the streets around this hotel. For sure not after dark. Hotel was very humid feeling, felt unclean. Will not stay here again.

My only issue is a slightly repetitive breakfast menu & showers you can easily break your neck in. I suggest putting a non-slip coating on the tubs. Not a big deal, but I will be back EJL.

Stayed here for college drop off. Staff was incredible and hospitable. Very clean and large rooms. They even stored some packages for me ahead of our arrival. Great little bakery, Camino right around the corner. Highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing! From parking with valet, to checking in, breakfast, and the cleanliness of our room all gets 10/10 for me. I work in retail and manage stores, so I'm big when it comes to customer service and this establishment HAS IT! My wife & I will definitely be back.

You could not find better, friendlier, more helpful staff! From the parking valets to the front desk clerks to the breakfast ladies - everyone was wonderful! The hotel is on the edge of downtown, by the Kaladeium, within easy walking to multiple great restaurants, shopping, parks, and Sawtooth School of Visual Arts. It is not far from historic Old Salem. My two complaints - and the reasons for only four stars - are the complete lack of any sort of dresser or drawers to put clothes in, and the incredibly high beds. Seriously- it felt like a mixture of rock climbing and gymnastics every time I got in bed. It left my friend in stitches she was laughing so hard. They need to include secure step stools so shorter guests can get in bed!!

This hotel is in a perfect location for navigating Winston-Salem. We were able to park and walk everywhere, even to Old Salem. There were ample restaurants to choose from in the walkable area. My only frustration was the price for parking. I noticed there were parking garages in the area, and I wondered if I would have been better off parking off property. The valet service and staff were nice, though. It's a trade-off for sure.
