I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Winston-Salem/Hanes Mall, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. Their renovations are complete. Of the places I stayed at this time, this one had the most comfortable bed. I wish they had Reelz TV station. The person who checked me in didn't mention breakfast. They at least used to have breakfast.

Requested a pack n play since the morning of checking in and was told it would be ready at check in. When we arrived at the hotel, without our pack n play for my one year old since the hotel promised one, we were disappointed to hear that front desk didn’t even know they had them, had no idea if they had them. So we are left with no pack n play and a bad night of sleep with a one year old. Not the kind of night I expected.
