We arrived during the Florida cold spell and the heat downstairs would not go above 55. Owner had it worked on the next day but still would not go above 62. Very cold first 2 days and nights. Day we left it had warmed up somewhat. We are wondering why the owner, knowing that is was very cold, did not check to make sure the heat was working. Would really like to have a little refund for the incovenice we went through.

Great stay, great location. While we did not take advantage of many of the extras (pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, foosball), it was perfect for relaxing in between our various events. Most of our time was spent chilling in the lanai with the great view of the lake.

The owner was great at communication. The house was spacious and fun for the family with ping pong, pool, foosball, and dominoes. Movie nights were enjoyable on the huge couch. We arrived on a Wed and it was a holiday weekend, so it seemed the pool maintenance came later. We did not get to enjoy the hot tub in its full potential until day 4 of our trip. Before then, the water was low so jets didnt work properly and it wasnt getting very hot. Could've been a malfunction on our part though. Saturday night, after it seemed pool guy came, the pool and hot tub were at full water depth and worked wonderful! We would most definitely stay again. Beautiful home. Thanks!

If the survey was based on location alone I would have given it a 5. If you are going to Lego-land this is the place for you! It was only about a 10 minute drive to the parking lot. The sunsets at the lake were beautiful and the pool was huge. The three grands loved the pool. The house was large and had a great footprint. Lots of lizards around the pool which our two grand boys loved. The house however could use a good cleaning and pest control. It seemed it had been a while since it had been cleaned. The pool area was dirty, but the water was clean. We enjoyed our stay here, and I can honestly say we left it cleaner than we found it and that is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

Amazing lake house with a great pool & hot tub!

This property was perfect for our family of 8! My husband and I got to fish, splash, dive, swim, and relax with all 4 of our kids, ages 6, 13, 21, and 25, along with the two oldest’s wives. It was heaven. The view and the wildlife were phenomenal. The pool was clean, the spa was wonderful at night or in the morning! The house had different levels and was laid out very neat. The screened in porch on the lake was awesome in the rain (and great for no bugs getting in your coffee!) We will cherish the memories we made with our family in that spacious house, on that gorgeous lake! 5 stars, easy.

This property is in need of refurbishing. Especially the pool area. No lights worked in the pool area. Pool it’s self needs refin the great room. One light bulb worked. Carpets are starting to smell.

We had 8 50 women staying at this beautiful property for a softball tournament. The house was perfect! Relaxing in the hot tub after the games was a must! The owner knew we’re coming and had the spa heater replaced and we were so excited to have the chance to use it!! Thank you!!!!

A great lakehouse experience

This was the perfect getaway for our family. We saw some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen over the lake. And the house was very spacious where everyone could be together or find a place to yourself. The pool was really big (bigger than many hotels) and everyone loved the diving board. Late night talks in the hot tub was something our family needed together. Spacious bedrooms, Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms and spaces. Good communication with the owners. Thanks for hosting us. We will be back.

Fantastic Vacation Home

We stayed for a week at this unique lakehouse and had the best time. For starters, the pool is really big and has an attached hot tub and a diving board. The kids played for hours. And you get views of the lake from two different sides of the house. Some of the best sunsets we’ve ever seen over the lake. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Bathrooms were clean and sanitized when we checked in. Gas grill outdoors allowed us to grill by the lake. Would definitely come back here again.

Eagle Lake Florida Vacation

The house was big, spacious and comfortable. The private dock on the lake was a treat for the kids to fish with their Papa! The inground heated pool and hot tub was plenty big enough for the whole family to enjoy together! Per the owners instructions, the patio and pool area were to be used at one’s own risk. We found some conditions that could be considered dangerous to children or the elderly if not closely supervised by a capable adult. Some repairs are needed, but we noted them and were very careful. We appreciated the life vests and we also donated some pool toys for the next Guests to use. Over all, a good time was had by all! 😎

Family getaway

Good location with highway access. There were nine of us and there was plenty of space. AC worked and had plenty of hot water. The kitchen was very user friendly and large. The sunsets were to die for!
