Arrow 256 Family Ski Vacation

We found black mold in the washer when we attempted to wash our clothes. The washer was not useable as a result. We notified the management company and a maintenance person brought bleach to run through the washer. Unfortunately there was a lot of black mold in the washer and it likely needs to have the drum removed and extensively cleaned or replaced. We had to take our clothes to laundry mat to do laundry. We found much of the silverware to be dirty and had to be washed prior to use. The same was found with the glassware. The baking sheets and cooking utensils were also very dirty. We washed what we used. The kitchen has the basics, but is lacking a kitchen knife set and steak knives. The pots and pans are older and there is very limited bakeware if you are looking do any baking for meals. Seating in living area is limited. The couch will accommodate 3 people. There is a rocking chair and a low chair that is not very comfortable and difficult to get in and out of. Each of us found the pillows in all bedrooms to be hard. In the afternoon of the last day of our stay a maintenance person from the Management company person showed up unannounced to shovel snow off roof deck. Would have been nice to have been notified ahead of time to expect this person and that they would be entering the unit. Not sure why this wasn't done before we arrived or couldn't have been scheduled to occur after 10am the next day after our departure. Good location. Very convenient to everything.

Loved the location, close to great restaurants and the ski resort. The rooftop hot tub was a huge hit with our family! 3 bedrooms and an alcove with the bunk beds, that was our only minor disappointment.

Excellent condo

Modern nice condo, close to Winter Park resort and other spots of interest. Easy to walk to several restaurants. The condo itself is fantastic and clean with a good layout for a family or group of friends. The hot tub is superb. The other condos are still being built so there is construction right now, but I assume that will be fairly short-term. The garage is a tight fit, so need be aware of that based on which vehicle you plan to bring. There is other parking, however. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Fabulous Winter Park Condo!

Fabulous condo with all the needed amenities! Pristine cleanliness! Very comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms were spacious! ONLY negatives were garage does not accommodate larger SUVs and there was not a dining table....it is all bar seating or eat around living coffee table. We were NOT disappointed! It is a top luxury rental and we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved the townhome! Super clean and updated. The bedroom on the main floor does not have a closet and for two people and luggage full of winter clothes we had to use the hallway for storage. The bunk room doesn’t have a door, a barn door would be nice there to give those some privacy and quiet. Those are our only complaints. It was a great place to rent for Christmas!

Covid-19 Vacation

Our vacation to Winter Park was very nice, except it was interrupted by COVID-19. We enjoyed our stay at our condo and had a good time. The ski resorts where closed. We where able to go snowmobiling and tubing. The town was very friendly.
