Welcome to our charming short-term rental in Fraser, Colorado! As avid vacation renters ourselves, we understand the importance of a delightful getaway. Nestled in The Timbers Condos, our cozy unit offers a perfect retreat in the breathtaking Colorado mountains.

Location:
Situated atop a hill within tall pines, our condominium complex provides a secluded and peaceful ambiance while being conveniently close to Winter Park, Fraser, and Grand County attractions. Just 2 miles from Fraser (Safeway) and a quick 10-minute drive to Winter Park Ski Resort, our location ensures easy access to everything the area has to offer. Enjoy the convenience of a large private garage for your vehicle and outdoor equipment.

Accommodations:
Designed for couples, friends, or small families, our unit accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a new memory foam king-size bed with a private Ÿ bath. The second bedroom offers twin XL over queen bunk beds with a pull-out trundle. Additionally, the living room sofa transforms into a full-sized bed. A second full bathroom ensures comfort and convenience for all guests. We prioritize a good night's sleep, providing comfortable mattresses, luxury sheets, and quality pillows—no flat pillows here!

Kitchen:

We loved everything. However you may want to add an iron and ironing board to the Condo, as these are standard items one would expect to find in an Vrbo.

As advertised - great.

We had a great trip. Condo was CLEAN and described well. All you needed with some basics stocked for the long weekend. Beds good, towels good, kitchen good, technology good, instructions good, neighborhood good, hvac good, garage good, grill good, location good, etc. I'll reiterate the need for AWD or 4WD in winter. Thanks for a really nice trip.

Fantastic!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved staying at this property-it was Fantastic!! It was a great location, quiet neighborhood away from main drag, perfect for enjoying many of the areas activities and situated well for day trips. Check in was easy and included easy instructions, as well as a very thoughtful notebook of instructions and tips for condo as well as things to do in the area. Loved having access to a private garage! The condo was very clean and well equipped throughout. Every one had a comfortable place to sleep, the 2 bathrooms were a huge bonus as well as the washer and dryer. We hope that this condo will be available for our next trip to the area as we would love to stay here again and highly reccommend it to others! Thanks for helping make the trip that much better!!

Warm weather skiing

very comfortable condo for 5 adult family members. Pandemic forced us to be in closer contact than usual and still there was plenty of room for dining and relaxing. Kitchen fully stocked for more homemade meals than usual.

Beautiful Condo

Over the years, we have rented many condos in Winter Park, Fraser, and Granby. Some have been pretty nice and some rather rustic. This one is the nicest we have ever seen. It is like a luxury apartment. Very spacious., well equipped, nice furniture and very comfortable bed. The gas fireplace was nice. The basket of dvds was also a nice touch... we enjoyed several of them. Excellent property!

Wonderful stay!

Our experience was wonderful! The place is fully equipped with everything you need and more! It’s beautiful and very clean! Location is super convenient and surrounded by friendly locals as well as tubing spots and restaurants! Kerry is amazing, very helpful and definitely made us feel welcomed! Very clean, well equipped condo

Pro's: - Very clean - Most well equipped rental I've ever had, including laundry and dish soap, paper towels, basic spices. Lots of pots/pans, dishes, glasses, etc. - Huge one-car garage, big enough to accommodate a full size pickup and partially heated (at least the ice fell off our truck). Cons: - Not many. The only recommendation would be to review the TV configuration in the main room. The picture was letterboxed and the picture was fuzzy. It's a newer TV so should be a better picture. I know we're not there to watch TV but college championship games were on! - Be sure your vehicle has 4WD or AWD. The condo is at the top of some pretty steep hills.

Wonderful Weekend Retreat

We only stayed a couple of days, but were extremely happy with the condo. Nice quiet community with friendly neighbors. The condo was well equipped, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were also very comfortable, btw, what kind of mattresses were those? We spent most of our time in RMNP, so I can’t say much about Fraser, except that it seems on the small side, but wholesome and upscale. Our 3 favorite eats were: Fat Cat Cafe, Elevation Pizza and Rollin’ Street Bakery! Owners were easy to correspond with and helpful. Thanks Kerry, we had a very ‘Felt right at home’ kind of stay. We will definitely stay there again if we ever make back thru town.

My daughter and family loved their stay

My daughter and husband loved the cleanliness, especially the Kerry and Greg's attention to CDC guidelines for cleaning, buffer of 2 days in between stays, and lastly the separate outside entry door. This is all a relief during a pandemic! The amenities are lovely. The owners were great at communication....would highly recommend staying here!

Well equipped, comfortable, and roomy.

Well equipped cabin has everything needed in the kitchen! Very roomy two bedroom with plenty of beds for our group of 4 adults. Balcony seating was a bonus. Hosts thought to provide everything - coffee filters, extra blankets, fan, shampoo, etc. I always appreciate when nothing is overlooked. Also, included a very nice informational book with references of everything needed to enjoy Winter Park. Garage parking was also nice. Only complaint we had was one of the bed linens did not appear to be clean so this is why I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars for cleanliness. Also upstairs unit had a barking dog that was at times distracting. But overall these did not take away from us enjoying out stay. Would stay again.

Great place and location!

Great place and location. The bus to the ski resort was easy to get to and ride. The property was exactly as described. We didn't get a chance to check out the hot tub as we had a sick kiddo but we were able to use the kids movies. Condo is nicely stocked. We would stay there again.

The only thing was checking in. In the directions it said building 3 and unit 2 however the building that ended up being the building said 150 on it. A little confusing until a local helped us. It was a great stay and great location for the mountain!

Perfect Vacation

This place was absolutely perfect for the 4 adults that we had on this trip! The condo was great sized and had everything we needed to cook and relax when we got off the slopes. It was incredibly close to everything in Fraser and getting in and out of the condo was a breeze. When we come back we will be staying in the same condo again!

Long weekend getaway

We spent a long weekend at this property with 8 people. There were plenty of beds, especially with the arrangement of the second bedroom. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked. There were even spices and sugar in the cupboards. Check in and check out were super easy and we were able to communicate frequently with the hosts. The unit is on the second floor and the upstairs neighbor has a puppy who liked to romp across the floor late at night. Noise from the driveway and parking area is easily heard, especially with the windows open. The location is beautiful; lots of trees and flowers to see off the back deck, even though you are close to the other units in the complex. We had a good time and were close to everything we needed.
