Nestled in quiet forest setting on a hill above Fraser, this 6BR/4BA home offers a delightful alpine retreat. Travel to the slopes at Winter Park Resort or explore nearby hiking and biking trails in warmer months. Unwind in the private outdoor hot tub after your adventures.

Inside, two floors of inviting living space encourage group fun and quiet relaxation. Highlights include a sparkling kitchen and a game room with shuffleboard.

LIVING AREAS

Snuggle up by the gas fireplace after a day of mountain activities. Plush furnishings include two sofas and an armchair. A 60” smart TV allows you to stream favorite shows.

A shuffleboard table in the game room offers hours of family amusement. You’ll also find a comfy sectional and a 40” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will appreciate the modern kitchen, complete with a full suite of high-end appliances. A large island with granite countertops provides ample preparation space and seats four.

Gather for home-cooked meals around the table for up to 12 in the sunlit dining area.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to 16 guests in six bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom includes two separate vanities, a deep bathtub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom holds two twin-over-full bunk beds.

The third and fourth bedrooms each boast a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The fifth bedroom is furnished with a twin-size daybed with a twin trundle, and the main-level sixth bedroom has a queen bed.

An additional bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Gather on the back deck to grill tasty meals and dine alfresco amid the lush forest. Enjoy a relaxing soak in your private hot tub anytime. Roast marshmallows over a wood-burning firepit in the backyard.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for six cars (two in the garage and four in the driveway).

This home does not have air-conditioning (rarely needed at elevation 8,500’).

THE LOCATION

Drive 7 miles to Winter Park Resort to ski fresh powder. AprĂšs-ski attractions like upscale restaurants and unique shops await in the town at the base of the resort.

In summer months, walk 0.3 miles to the Red Gate Access to Idlewild Trails for hiking and biking through stunning landscapes.

Make the 10-minute drive to Grand Park Community & Recreation Center to swim in the indoor pool or exercise at the fitness center.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was one of the most stressful rental experiences I’ve ever had. After 9 hours of travel, our group arrived and could not get into the property because the managers didn’t have the correct entry code. We were locked out for hours. Some of our group gave up, booked a different rental, and left. The rest of us waited for a promised call back that never came.When we finally reached someone, the “solution” offered was to look for an alternate way in, which led to us entering through a pet door. We were later offered the option to cancel due to the inconvenience, which we accepted. The follow-up communication from the management team was dismissive and unhelpful, adding to the frustration.While the house itself was fine, the handling of our stay was unacceptable. Future guests should know that the support we received was slow, unprepared, and unprofessional from start to finish.

We loved staying in this house! There were plenty of places to sleep, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, and the hot tub and fire pit area in the backyard were great amenities to have available! We will be back!

Spectacular Stay!!

Our extended family has a mountain weekend every summer and this year we stayed here. Lots of adults and kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The directions and communication was excellent leading up to our stay. Check was great, house was super clean and there was so much "extra" in the house. Spices, tinfoil, games, movies, toys, etc... those things are so appreciated!! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great home base to make some wonderful memories!

Girl's Weekend

We had a fantastic time! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, and we found the 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms very convenient. The other bedrooms were comfortable and also met our needs. The only hiccup was we had a code to get into the garage but not the house itself, but the VRBO staff provided it right away when we called.

Ziggies takes on CO

This was the perfect home for our family ski trip to Winter Park. There was ample space for our group of 12. We especially enjoyed the kitchen, extendable dining table, fireplace, hot tub, and game room. Everything was clean overall and great water pressure and hot water in the showers, but we do think a couple things could be updated like new bed blankets or more wine glasses. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend!

Family Getaway

This is our 2nd New Years at the property. We enjoy the space and quiet location. This property gives us the space we need and the convince of a large kitchen, washer dryer and hot tub for relaxing. We liked the location that was close to the grocery and restaurants of Frasier. The drive to Winter Park was easy for the ski group.

Be sure to use google map, waze is not helpful. Google maps likes the Cougar Drive address. Some of the bathtub showers do not drain well. The house was beautiful and very clean. If we could give it a 9 or 10 star, we would.

Very nice property that accommodated 16 of us. Communication was very good and follow through was fine. Check in was a bit cumbersome. I suggest “call turnkey and we will walk you through the locks etc”

Excellent Property

This property is beautiful with plenty of room for a large family. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a nice added bonus. It was great to have the game room for the kids to watch their programs while the adults had the family room with a fireplace and tv. The kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for cooking and serving everyone. All we needed to bring was food and personal items, everything else was provided. The staff was super friendly and responded almost immediately when we had questions. Definitely a home we’ll stay at again if we’re in the area.

Great Spot for Large Groups

We had a great time at this property. Beautiful views from the property and plenty of room for our large group to hang out. The only negative we had was with TurnKeys refusal to pass along a question to the homeowners. That was pretty disappointing. The house itself was great and we would love to stay here again.

Great house for our "growing" family

Incredible home, great layout

This property is perfect for a family gathering or a few groups of friends with kids. They've stocked the home with games, DVDs, and all the kitchen comforts of home. The yard has room for kids to run around and a great fire pit for roasting s'mores. Hot tub and deck are a good size and we'll maintained. Pros: see above! Cons: Oven door won't close, making it very difficult to bake anything unless you broil it. Turnkey property management was impossible to reach for days, after telling me if I didn't call they'd cancel my reservation. I spent three days and 2.5 total hours on hold or waiting to hear back - all they wanted was to verbally confirm that I would throw parties and the number in my group. So the property is fantastic, but be warned about turnkey's communication issues. Still, all in all, a wonderful home, you will truly love it here!
