Our apartment is situated on the ground floor of a newly built residential complex from 2016, offering a peaceful atmosphere along with stunning views toward the Veltins Arena. Its position provides both comfort and convenience, making it an excellent base for enjoying the surroundings of Winterberg.
Within the building, guests have access to a dedicated room for storing bicycles, skis, and sledgesâideal for both summer and winter activities. The apartment also includes its own covered parking space, which is slightly wider than standard, ensuring easy access and making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.
This combination of modern infrastructure, scenic views, and thoughtful amenities makes the location perfect for a relaxing and active holiday throughout the year.

The living area is equipped with underfloor heating and offers a comfortable sofa corner and a cozy dining area. The sofa can be converted into a bed for two in one easy step, complete with a mattress and slatted frame. A baby cot is also available. A flatâscreen TV ensures relaxing evenings, while the large living room windows provide fantastic views of the bobsleigh run and the âKappeâ chairlift.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridgeâfreezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and toasterâperfect for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to full meals.
In the main bedroom, a large and luxurious boxâspring bed guarantees restful nights. The second bedroom features a bed with a pullâout bed underneath, creating a practical sleeping solution for children or smaller adults (mattresses 90Ă200 cm and 90Ă190 cm).
The modern bathroom includes a walkâin shower and underfloor heating, adding extra comfort on cooler days.
During the summer months, the southâfacing sun terrace becomes a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and unwind in the sunshine.

Winter sports enthusiasts are ideally placed here: the ski lifts of the large ski areaâwith 28 lifts and 32 runsâare close enough to reach simply by walking over with your skis in hand. Crossâcountry skiers will also find plenty to love, with numerous scenic trails starting nearby.
For guests who prefer summer adventures or yearâround activities, the bike park, panorama bridge, climbing forest, and summer toboggan run are practically on your doorstep.
