Forget your worries in this all-in-one serene space! Beachy cottage-style 300 sf guest house, in quiet well-established neighborhood, with streets perfect for a walk or run. Minutes from Greenville, as the main road turning out of neighborhood is a straight shot into the heart of the city. Your private space has queen bed, loveseat, full bath, kitchenette, and TV/WiFi with apps! With plenty of afternoon sun, it is a warm and inviting space that we love to share with weary travelers!

When you arrive, you’ll park on the street, with ground lights and stepping stones leading you to the door into your private guesthouse, where you have 300sf all to yourself! Amenities include a queen bed, with natural latex hybrid mattress; mattress and pillows are covered with waterproof allergen covers for your health and safety; shelving for your "stuff", rack to hang your clothes; loveseat with TV in the small living area; easy access outlets; full private bath with shower/tub combo. Your kitchenette has a hot plate, pots/pans/utensils, a large mini frig/freezer, convection oven, Keurig, Bullet blender, and disposable ware; filtered water; plenty of cabinetry/ countertop space, where you'll always find organic coffee, teas, plus healthy snacks!

Parking is on the street with ground lights and stepping stones leading to the entrance of the guest house.

My husband, my adult son, and I live on the premises in the main house. My son is also my co-host, so you may interact with either of us during your stay. Husband and son are gone during the day most days during the week and many Sats. I am in and out all week. You can always either message us through the app, or text or call my cell phone, as well as my son's, during your stay if you need anything!

Nestled far from any busy streets, our home is located in a very quiet, established, and beautiful community called Clevewood subdivision. You'll love the area, as it has that perfect balance of trees, and streets that beg for a walk or run! Serene, yet surprisingly close to most everything in Greenville!

You will park on the street just past our driveway, and there will be a path with ground lights leading directly to your entry into the guest house.

*VERY IMPORTANT* We are a health conscious household, so generally don't use harsh chemicals or chemical fragrances, but do use cleaners with approved germicides, as well as allergen removers for laundered items, to keep all safe - mostly Seventh Generation brand. We do ask that guests refrain from using heavily fragranced toiletries, and to apply perfumes/colognes/body sprays after leaving the premises - your host gets migraines from chemical fragrance, so your consideration would be much appreciated. Depending on the length of your stay, we also provide you with cleaning products and complimentary toiletries that we hope you will enjoy, as they are made with essential oils that smell heavenly, and don't harm your body :)
Brave BnB's spaces are allergy friendly and chemical free environments, so we ask guests to honor that environment in the following ways.
The following are strictly prohibited:
~pets
~smoking or vaping inside unit
~use of heavily fragranced toiletries (essential oils are ok!)
~alcohol based colognes, perfumes, or sprays applied inside the unit
In addition, we provide natural cleaning products, including dish soap, hand soap, and spray cleaner (mostly Seventh Generation brand).
Any other cleaners are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
If you do not wish to use these products or abide by this policy, we ask that you please find another place to stay!!

Quiet hours: 11pm-7am Please be mindful of other guests' privacy; absolutely no loud music, TV, or video after 11pm, or such time as agreed upon ahead of time.
