We had several problems during our stay the first one was when my husband got in the shower the water started to backing up in the bathroom tube we called the front desk for help bu no one showed up to help us so we have to go to the place that we did the check in to complain. They gave us another room, but then the fire alarm started ringing on the middle of the night so. we had to run outside. Stay there for like 20 minutes my son was so scared cause he was already sleeping when this happened. Then the second day the same thing happened the fire alarm started drinking about the same time,this was at the Roma Hotel, we were very disappointed They have a beautiful waterpark, but l were very disappointed about the hotel

I liked: I like that the property is central to everything, and the free park entry is a plus. My children enjoyed the arcade and practically lived in the wave pool during our stay. I didn't like: The bathroom was not clean (especially the tub). Which is os disappointing because it is normally a great experience. I really didn't like: The fight that broke out at the Go-Karts. The sraff working the karts removed the offending individuals from the ride, but they were not remove from the park which resulted in the attacking several other patrons. I visit a few times ever year, but this may make me rethink it in the future.

What I did like is the accommodation to a closer room to the water park due to disability as I thought I was staying in the hotel at the water park but instead found out I was staying in lot 25. I was able to get in lot 3 but it was not worth the money paid for two nights. The floor in the room was filthy and not swept no coffee pot and bed was uncomfortable. We barely slept due to the parties outside our room with loud music and screaming noises. The beds weren't as comfortable either and lost money in the vending machine for sodas for all of us which was an inconvenience and then I had to go to the gas station. Had I known I would have changed the reservation all together and not paid what I paid.

Obsolete. And terrible smell in our room. There are no shower gel or soap. Room was smelled like mold, also need some security or someone who is control smoking in the park. Saw some cashier selling alcohol I believe is minor. Not check ID. Overall not satisfied. Not worth it for a trip with child being around smoker.

Ones i arrive to the resort they culdn find my reservation after 2 hours they found it and locate me on the outside far away froam the resort they gove me the wrist bands to open my room and never opens i call customer service and same thing they culd not find my reservation after 3 hours i ask for an upgrate and a lo ation close to the resort and finally after 3 1/2 hrs got my room very noisy and dirty

My Olympus resort was my WORST hotel experience EVER. Dirty, trashy, run down part of town. I would NEVER recommend this stay to Anyone!!!!!!!
