I bet this place was amazing back in its day, however it no longer is. The exterior is in bad shape, rooms are not in good condition, beds are terrible and need to be replaced. The exterior seasonal pool is hidden behind many other over grown and dirty ones. The inside is a far cry from a resort. Tiny lazy river, a couple small slides and a toddler pool. Hot tub jets broken. Safety issues everywhere with bathrooms partially renovated, screws and broken bulb on the ground, tile hanging off the wall. If I wasn’t exhausted I would have demanded a refund and left. Would not recommend.

The resort definitely needs more TLC. The room was very clean however the rest of the resort needed a lot of maintenance. The outdoor waterpark was not fully functional. The lazy river was closed down. The indoor waterpark had one water slide working and the kiddo's pool area was closed off. They also had half the lights inside the waterpark shut off. The carpet all over the resort except in the suite was old and dirty. Not a bad choice for what I paid but would definitely get more customers if a little more TLC was given.

There was hidden fees that were not on the website when booking , when it came down to the pool officially being back open we had to wait 2+ hours to just get in, almost no one that works there speaks full or even english a bit so that wasn’t any help, with all of the issues. the pool was dirty as hell when it was opened big trees and etc. in and no one cared to clean even after being told so yes i had to pay a mandatory resort fee and didn’t enjoy it. They also have no control or does nothing about the noise that people make after quiet times.

Hotel outdated not well maintenance.

This place almost looked abandoned. The rooms were not the best everything very outdated the doors did not properly close you had to push it to get it to close. Thr installations of the outside pools were in bad shape not well taken care of everything very outdated. Not happy will not be back.

They were not honest on saying at the beginning of check out that the outdoor water park was closed and was not going to be open at all.

The facility had broken glass on entry door entering building. Our key card stopped working after first night stay. We requested a refrigerator and microwave in our room at extra cost and there was only a fridge. Upon arrival we were told the outdoor pool was closed. We were not informed of this prior to arrival. Overall I give a 3 star rating.

I paid for two QUEEN SIZE BEDS because there were no KING SIZE beds available but was put in a room that had two FULL SIZE beds. The toilet was running water all night and there was a puddle of water on the floor in the morning. I signed a contract that said quiet after 10 pm but the people above me were up running around all night. I took a trip here TWENTY YEARS AGO the property looked the same as if it was kept up… it was very dirty, old and outdated. The pools were very dirty, filthy and full of debris. I couldn’t get in. On the up side the customer service was great I encountered a conversation with the manager FREDDY and receptionist DIANA they were great and tried to make sure I was happy. They were great!

When I booked, it appeared that the pools were open. It is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. Upon arrival, the property is very overgrown with weeds. Front desk informed us that all the pools were closed and the gave a piece of paper to go use the Atlantis “waterpark” (10 minutes from hotel) if you take this option at Atlantis, use the pool o the 4th floor. The outdoor part is dirty and the hot tub smelled terrible. The 4th floor pool redeemed the bad experience slightly. Our room was clean enough. The sink was old and cracked, and floor aaas sticky. The pullout couch bed was really uncomfortable and very noisy. The beds themselves were very noisy and very uncomfortable as well. We tried calling the front desk for towels in the evening since we had 5 people and 4 towels. No one answered so my daughter went down there. After a few minutes of tapping the room key on the counter, someone finally appeared. He said he was closing the front desk and would call over to laundry. Needless to say, we never received any towels. Overall, it was cheap and we were able to get some sleep. I would never had booked in the first place if had known the condition of the hotel and that the pools were closed.
