The ULTIMATE family or group hangout awaits in the heart of all the action Downtown Wisconsin Dells!

This spacious home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 15 people comfortably.

ARCADE GAME ROOM!! Guests of all ages will enjoy themselves with the game room that includes a multicade arcade game, Buck Hunter, foosball table, karaoke stage or kids entertainment stage and Roku TV. There is even a SLIDE that goes into the game room!

OUTDOOR HANGOUT HEAVEN! Basketball sport court, kids playhouse with slide & swings, screened porch, and gas grill.

The open floor plan has a cozy living room with a fireplace, dream kitchen for cooking shared meals & boasts an enormous island with bar stools & abundant cabinetry.

5 BEDROOMS+! In addition to the 5 bedrooms, the living room has a pullout couch with a bed and the game room has a queen bed and futon.

Rates are based on 10. An extra guest fee of $15 per guest per night applies.

The house and location couldn’t have gotten any better. The only 2 complaints I heard from people staying with us were they wished there were tvs in all the bedrooms. Also for the amount of money and all the people that can stay in the house they wished the kitchen was a little better stocked. Overall if nothing changes I’d still recommend this place and I’d love to stay here again!

Wisconsin Dells Getaway

This was a great place and location to stay in Wisconsin Dells! It was a convenient walk to everything downtown and not have to pay for parking.The house was great with lots of room for our family of 15 to spread out and enjoy! It had everything we needed plus games for the kids to play (arcade, indoor slide, playground, and basketball court.

Family vacation

We went as a family to Wisconsin Dells for a vacation and loved staying at this home. The host was wonderful answering messages. The house was super clean and a perfect size for our family. The kids loved the game room and the outside.

Schools out vacay

Three generations staying at this beautiful home. Location quiet yet walkable to shopping. Close to water parks. The basketball court, stage and inside slide were a hit with the kids. Look forward to returning next year as we want to make this vacay an annual experience.

Family Spring Break

We had a mix of adults and children and loved our stay! The house is walking distance to downtown, but also had plenty of space if you stay inside! The kids loved the playroom and the adults hung around the kitchen island. We didn’t get to take advantage of the outside area due to weather but the porch and yard are beautiful.We are already talking about going back!

Nice Big House!

Great house! We liked the game room and basketball court the best. I was also very impressed by the beds - extremely comfortable. The house also had 2 sets of very nice washers and dryers. They had laundry soap and dryer sheets as well. The house was extremely clean. Whoever they hired to clean it does a fantastic job. We are very concerned with cleanliness and this house met our standards. I pay attention to window sills and base boards and they were dust free! Again, very impressed. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

There was 7 of us who are teachers that were on Spring Break. We had a great time visiting the downtown area, visiting some establishments, enjoying adult beverages, and having adult conversations. The house was perfect. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the beautiful kitchen, late night pizzas, and took our turns with the video games up in the game room. Recommend and if we get a chance we would book this house again.

Clean & Plenty of Space

The Downtowner is clean & spacious in a quiet neighborhood. It is perfect for a family with young kids. The kids especially enjoyed the game room. We would stay here again!

Wisconsin Dells getaway

Extremely impressed with the 5-bedroom house in the Dells. Will stay here again. Plenty of room for everything and extra. Would have liked to have known how to work the garage door from the outside. Would like to see an end table and lamp by every bed in every room. The one bedroom. had a funny light that was hard to figure out but on the last day one of our guests found the little button on the side of the switch and the light came on. A little note explaining how this worked would have been helpful. We will be booking this place again next year and hope the broken coffee pot is replaced. Thank you for offering us a great vacation spot!. person did figure

Christmas Cascade ski

We stayed here with friends to ski at Cascade over Christmas. There was a nice clean double garage to park in. House is the main level and upstairs, there was a basement but it was blocked off. The backyard has a screened in porch with a nice swing set and basketball court and nice gas grill. Large kitchen, dining and living room with gas fireplace, and bedroom on lower level. Nice large laundry room with 2 separate sets of washers and dryers and cubby storage for winter coats. Stairs to upper were steep. Most bedrooms were on upper. Game room area is in upper and was nice and fun for adults and kids. House was very roomy and comfortable for our group. There were several restaurants and stores within 2 blocks, however we just cooked and ate at the rental. Kitchen has a nice large gas cook-top and oven. Best way to get to Cascade is to avoid the interstate and drive east out of the Dells on the state highway (much safer and more enjoyable and same time). This was my first time to the Dells. I realize that it is mostly a waterpark destination, but they were all decked out with Christmas decorations around town and there were a lot of families there visiting. I was impressed with the chill family vibe. I would recommend.
