There is an indoor community pool, hot tub and sauna.

There is also a seasonal outdoor pool .

The condo is located on lower level overlooking the Crandalls Bay of the Wisconsin river.

Living room is furnished with one leather pullout couch ( queen ) and one leather armchair .

Electric fireplace with optional heat , smart HD TV with basic cable .
There are playing cards , board games and puzzles if you feel too cozy to leave the home.

Parking spot number 304 is allocated with the condo. Additional free street parking available.

To ensure everyone`s safety, comfort, and enjoyment, please follow these guidelines:

👥 Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed.

🚫 No Outside Visitors: Not permitted at any time due to HOA rules.

👤 Max Occupancy: 4 guests. Exceeding the guest limit will result in termination of stay with no refund.

🚭 Smoke-Free Property: No smoking or vaping inside the building.

🚫🍷 Clubhouse: No glassware or food allowed.

🚫👕 Balcony: Do not hang towels, clothing, or other items on railings.

🔥 Fire Safety: No open flames, fires, or charcoal grills. Please use the electric grill provided.

🎥 Security: Ring doorbell is installed at the entrance.
🚫 Do not tamper with, block, or disable it — $500 fine applies.

🔇 Quiet Hours: No loud music, parties, or laundry use after 10 PM.

⚠️The Condo Association has guest rules which are enforceable by fine. So please review the list of Condo rules included in the house manual and help keep us in good standing with the Condo Association.
