Let yourself be enchanted by this unique object in Europe. Completely built on stilts in the water, here are a few stilt houses in Carolinensiel - Harlesiel with special charm and in an exceptional location between the marina and Friedrichsschleuse.
Your stake house is completely surrounded by water and is accessed via an access gate. Living on the water makes your holiday a special experience.

Enjoy the view of the Harle, the marina and the immediate proximity to the North Sea and the beach. Watch the boats passing by or let the day fade away in enchanting sunsets.

From this side of the semi-detached house enjoy the direct view and the beautiful view of the marina and the sailing school. Extra large windows let in a lot of light and sun. On the spacious south and west-facing terrace you can relax and watch the hustle and bustle on the Harle.
Enchanting sunsets invite you to dream and let the day fade away.

In the living room two comfortable sofas are waiting for you and an electric fireplace provides for a particularly comfortable atmosphere. A glass door shields the upper bedrooms from the noise and noise of the living room and kitchen.
The spacious terrace is framed with a glass border. This leaves the view of the Harle free and protects the sun from the wind.

In both bathrooms you will find generous rain showers and one toilet each. The lower bathroom houses the Finnish sauna.
All three bedrooms have their own TV. Plissees on all windows provide on request for privacy and in the bedrooms for darkening.

Fantastic!

The house was excellent and exactly as pictured. The location was great and it is quite an experience to live on the water. There are numerous activities, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the house. We stayed with our three kids - ages 6, 3, 1 - and were not missing anything. Nadine was always quick to respond and very nice to work with. We look forward to coming back in the future and would highly recommend to stay here!

Eine echte „Perle“

Es waren traumhafte 5 Tage in der Perle am Yachthafen. Das Haus überzeugt bereits überwiegend durch die einzigartige Lage. Aber das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die liebevollen Details wie eine Auswahl an Kaffeemaschinen, atmosphärische Tischleuchten und der Kamin machen das Haus noch besonderer. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war unkompliziert und immer freundlich! Vielen Dank für die schöne Auszeit an unserer geliebten Nordsee.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 4 Tage in diesem wundervollen Haus.Die Lage ist traumhaft und auch im Winter toll!Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles was man benötigt.Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt!Auch die Sauna ist toll und würde gerne von uns genutzt.Die Buchung,so wie die Schlüsselübergabe klappte super.Es gab sogar zur Begrüßung noch ein Fläschchen für uns und ein Spielzeug für unseren Hund.Ich durfte meinen 50.Geburtstag an diesem tollen Ort mit meinen Liebsten feiern...es war einfach toll!Gerne kommen wir wieder! erholsamer Nordsee Urlaub

Ein feiner Urlaub, die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles sehr gepflegt. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr gut erreichbar. Ein perfekter Standort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Über den Wasserzugang am Haus kann man gut mit dem SUP oder mitgebrachten Boot auf der Harle fahren und herrlich angeln.

Einmalige Lage, sehr besonders

Wir hatten mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern einen Wochenendaufenthalt in diesem sehr ungewöhnlichen Objekt. Obwohl das Wetter im November erwartungsgemäß nicht so toll war, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Sehr hochwertige und bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten! Zu Beginn gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung, was aber sehr schnell durch den in der Nähe ansässigen Verwalter behoben wurde. Das einzige, was mich immer etwas stört bei Vermietungsobjekten sind die künstlichen, billigen Pflanzen in scheußlichen Töpfen. Die braucht wirklich kein Mensch, die könnte man getrost entsorgen. Besonders bei einem sonst so hochwertig ausgestatteten Objekt.

Sehr gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab ausreichend Platz für 6 Leute. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Nachdem es eine Weile durchgehend geregnet hat, kam etwas Wasser durch die Fenster in den Badezimmern. Um das Problem wurde sich aber unverzüglich gekümmert, sodass es unseren Aufenthalt in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt hat.

Super schönes Haus in verschlafenem süßen Örtchen

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen einem Hund und einer 5 Monate alten Prinzessin in diesem Haus und konnten und über nichts beschweren. Der Ferienhausservice war jederzeit erreichbar und qualitativ überzeugend.
