From booking to arrival, the process was very easy. I had phoned to confirm some things prior to my stay and it was never an issue with concierge. Parking was available within the hotel carpark. You used a room card to access lifts which added that extra level of security so that no one off the street could come in. Kitchen was great however I’d suggest a larger saucepan and some oven trays. The lounge area - comfy and inviting. The bed was comfy as and bathroom equipped with washing machine and dryer was very handy. Pool facilities and spa was enjoyed greatly by the kids. Overall, fantastic stay and we will be back!

This is our second stay at this property and we will be back. The staff a incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is the biggest factor on why we would return. The property is alittle dated, but jt was reasonably clean for its age
