Not upto expectations also owner is money minded asking for extra money by giving lame excuses.

We reached at the place place was okay there were so many things which did not met our expectations, water was flowing out of the fridge , there was so much dirt under the beds, there was water in soap bottles also the bedsheets smelled rotten as never been washed for months and surprise was when we saw additional $150+gst in the end for no reason. Owner mentioned that there was an additional guest but there was not like that happened. Then she mentioned additional charge for house cleaning I never left house in a messy way yes we did not folded the sheets because that is how it’s suppose to be I guess they would be going to washing as we already used them other than that I cleaned the entire apartment then why is she charging extra cleanliness also she never mentioned something like that before what about the water flowing from the fridge that was so annoying as I had to clear cleaning the floor again and again I have also clicked the picture for the same . Owner asking for additional $150 is not justified at all.

Great little gudeaway

Very neat and tidy apartment within walking distance to the cbd. Beds very comfortable and the host provided lots of lovely little extras. Very high standard of cleanliness which was appreciated after a day of travel.

Wonderful Wollongong stay

We had a wonderful stay at Nelly’s. The apartment had everything and more we could possibly need for our family of five! Fabulous location, walking distance to the harbour, and to crown st mall with all its shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent, prompt response and understanding flexibility when we needed to change the dates of our stay. Would not hesitate to book again.

Worst Experience

I had 2 bookings with this host. The first was booked and paid for, she then put up the price 2 weeks later, and the booking was cancelled. The second booking, she didn't send through access information, declined us access to the property, yet still kept the money. Spoke to Support many times and they said it was her responsibility to refund, which she never did. Taking to Department of fair Trading as you can't not provide a service, yet keep the money.
