COTTAGE ON PARK: Backs onto Park, leads to Beach

Delightful holiday cottage that sleeps 6 and backs onto a beautiful reserve where the children can play cricket or football to their hearts content.

Sit on the deck and watch them or just sit and enjoy the coastal lifestyle and have a BBQ. The back garden that leads to the reserve would be wonderful for those hide and seek games.

In the winter, our home is lovely and cosy with the AC doubling as a heater. It has an amazing grass area to bring your own portable firepit, situated safely away from the house and trees, it's the perfect spot to roast marshmallows in those colder months.

This cottage has everything you need to make a lovely holiday, 3 bedrooms - queen in the main, queen in the second and a single plus a trundle in the third.

There is a large bathroom with a full-size bath plus an extra toilet.
The cottage has reverse cycle air conditioning, and a large lounge room with TV. The modern kitchen is well set up with both a microwave and a dishwasher.

This is a truly beautiful spot, once you get to the back of the yard you can walk straight through the reserve to the beach which is only a 10 minute walk away.

There is also a garage for your car.

Bookings are for a minimum of 2 nights throughout the year and weekly over the Christmas/January Holidays. Linen is included.

Lovely place to stay. The house was lovely and great for our family. The view from the rear balcony overlooking the beautiful green garden was very tranquil and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with foil, glad wrap, coffee, sugar etc. Our communication with Ruth was always friendly and helpful.The location of the property was great

We were mostly loving the yard. With kids its great to have a big yard so very suitable. Nice and handy to have things like foil, proper baking trays, bowls, sugar etc already there to use. Beds and pillows were very comfortable as well

We enjoyed our stay at Cottage on Park. The house has a lot to offer especially with a fully equipped kitchen, great living room and dining table. The aircon worked well and the beds were comfortable. The house would benefit from maintenance to the window latches and flyscreens. We had an issue with the bathroom sliding door to which Ruth promptly arranged a repair person to attend. Thank you for our stay!

This was a great place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the view of the park and the ease of access to the park were a real highlight. The bathroom was a very practical design and the ability to park the car within the garage was an added bonus. You can easily walk to the beach and central Kiama via the park from the house. All up, highly recommended.

A very comfortable place with adequate bedding etc. kitchen utensils could include an updated frypan ( non stick lining flaking off into the food) and a dish rack and dishcloth would be useful. Otherwise a pretty and walkable location with good wifi and plenty of space.

Enjoyed our stay here - had everything we needed. Great little walk through back of property and adjoining park to access nearby beach. Spacious kitchen & dining area. Handy to have seperate toilet in addition to main bathroom!Walked into town on one day, but really needed car to access main shops, Blowhole area etc.

Lovely !

A absolutely lovely cosy house in kiama which is a short walk down through nature to the beautiful kendall’s beach and a 20 minute walk right into the centre of town- Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway or longer if you are lucky enough!

Lovely place for a family holiday

Great cottage for a family of five. Clean and functional. Kiama a great place to base a family holiday with Jambaroo action park, Illawarra sky walk, Minnamurra rainforest, and beaches all within about half hour. We really enjoyed our stay.

Kiama's cottage

My family had a lovely two night stay. Everything was exactly as advertised, very clean and tidy, our home away from home. A great place to stay with an easy drive to Jamberoo Park and a quick drive into town!
