I recommend Michelle from First National Real Estate if you are looking to book a holiday rental in Woodgate. I had to change dates and accommodation a few times due to medical reasons and she took all of the worries out of the process by being so kind and compassionate. The house was perfect for our needs and gave us some quality time with family that we desperately needed. Great house with a great front veranda that overlooks the sea. Walk across the road for a dip. Double garage available for car and boat. Indoor and outdoor clothes line for those rainy days. Fully equipped house with dishwasher and washing machine. One thing that I was not informed about was the owners live in a shed in the back yard. Whilst they appear to be nice people, I think I should have been informed that they would be here during my stay.,The house needs an exhaust fan in the bathroom as it’s very humid when existing the shower. It also needs some storage containers in the kitchen. The lounge is old and feels like it has soaked up an tonne of humidity. It just feels dirty. The recliners are difficult to retract.
