We stay here often have always had problems with room not really clean. Hairs all over bathroom. So I take my own cleaning supplies which sucks. Well my husband got extremely sick on way back through we had to change the date 1 night and they refused to refund the fee and they could have we have been excellent customers

The front desk staff was amazing! We arrived very late and Tatiana was kind enough to keep our reservation open and waited to the very latest possible moment!
