“Kroger” is an immaculate first floor condo in the Wrightsville Dunes complex and is a Sterling Edition building which includes an exterior security entrance. This condo features 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, and spectacular ocean views. Spend your vacation overlooking the white sandy beach or relaxing poolside in a chaise lounge. Enjoy three private beach accesses, pristine manicured grounds, a commercial elevator, and the spectacular sunset views over the marsh. This condo is the perfect location for your next family vacation!

The beautifully remodeled kitchen boasts granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a wine chiller. Everything you need to cook a family meal is included and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean in the background makes a perfect setting while preparing meals. An open concept living space creates a wonderful gathering space for families to enjoy one another’s company. Plush living room furniture lends itself to family movie night after a long day of fun in the sun. The ocean front covered balcony can be accessed from both the living area and primary bedroom.

A spacious primary suite overlooks the ocean and provides access to the ocean front deck. The ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, a walk-in shower, a private water closet, and large garden tub. Two guest rooms with ensuite bathrooms ensure that your travel companions will enjoy the same level of privacy. A queen bedroom overlooks the sound and has direct access to a full bathroom that has shared entry with the main hall. The twin guest room also has sound views and a private bathroom.

The complex offers ground level storage for all your beach equipment and the beach is conveniently accessed by private walkways. You’ll feel like you have the whole beach to yourself! Come spend your next vacation nestled in the magnificent dunes at the northern end of the island at the best vacation destination Wrightsville Beach has to offer.

The Wrightsville Dunes complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: On-site parking for 2 vehicles. One designated space allocated for the unit and one for an unassigned parking spot that is first come first serve.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Beautiful Space

We were very impressed by our accommodations at wrightsville dunes. Our rental felt more like a home than rental. It was quiet, very nice pool areas, and the beach was not crowded. Love staying down at this end of the beach and will definitely come back.

This house was great for a girl's getaway! The only thing I was disappointed in was that one of the bedrooms had 2 twin beds. The place is clean and in a great location. You practically have the beach to yourself on that end of the WB.

We enjoyed our stay. The property description was accurate, clean and quiet. I would have preferred to be a tad bit closer to the beach. While my young adult kids went, trekking all of our stuff was not appealing to me. My husband and I opted to stay on the balcony. The trade off for the distance to beach was balcony was private and quiet. That was nice and relaxing. This property was advertised as recently upgraded. The kitchen is beautiful. appealing to me.

Soccer tournament weekend getaway

Great property and quiet location. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider it again! The kitchen is very well stocked as are extra blankets and pillows. A very slight request/recommendation would be to include instructions on working the televisions and thermostats. It took a while to figure out that there was Roku capability amongst all the random remotes in the living room and master bedroom. And the thermostat could not be adjusted past a 2 hr hold. Other than those two minor details, everything else was wonderful!

Suggestions for improvements: thought charging more for skimpy amount of linens & more still if you wanted sheets put on your beds, was nickel & diming too much. Needed more "starter" shampoos/conditioner /lotion so each person has at least have one. BYO napkins.

Reviewer Comments: The Kroger unit in Wrightsville Dunes E 1C has a good, well-stocked kitchen, good balcony furniture and a nice kids room with twin beds. But both the Master King bed and double bed need replacing -- both too soft and very sloped and/or sunken. Double bed should be a Queen to adequately accommodate a couple. The living room couch is disgustingly dirty, and very hard to enjoy for that reason. It needs to be reupholstered and cushions discarded. If these improvements were made, we'd be happy to return to this unit.

Amazing condo at a great location

Wrigthsville Dunes is located on the north end of the island and there is limited public parking. Despite this, there are some higher density condos and condotel's at this end of the island - I was pleased to see the beaches were no where near as crowded as the central downtown areas. Thus - this part of the island requires more driving than walking to things, but you are rewarded with more space on the beach strand. The condo itself is very well maintained. Easy access to elevator was great for the initial move in and the final move out. The AC worked extremely well - something I am always cautious about on those hot summer beach trips. Water pressure was high and everything simply worked well. The management company was great and provided great service at check in as well as responding quickly to a minor concern we had during the stay. Their attention to detail and speed of service can not be matched and I highly recommend not only the condo but also the company! We will be back soon I hope.

Great location!

At check in, we were not given the code to access the building. We were only given the digital code for the unit itself. We had to call the after hours phone line to get access to the building. Once in the property, everything was OK for the most part with 2 exceptions. First, the deadbolt lock on the sliding glass door was broken and fell off. Not too much of a safety concern since we were on the middle floor, but it made it nearly impossible to use the door. The biggest inconvenience was the king mattress in the master bedroom. Not sure if there were no box springs or just a cheap mattress. Either way, the mattress was a bowl. The mattress rolled into the middle and also caused our feet to be above our head. We had to prop pillows throughout the bed to make it seem flat. We both left the vacation with sore backs. For over $1200 for 2 nights (it was our 10-year wedding Anniversary) we expected to be comfortable. It's a shame too because everything else about the unit was perfect!

Lovely View from the Deck

This condo needs some TLC in fixing overused items such as -sink in the owner bath does not drain well, the toilet Paper holder in the owner bath is loose, the sliding screen to the outdoor deck kept falling off the track, the rings for the shower curtains and the other baths are pitted and rusted and the shared bath shower controls have no indication which is hot or cold. We originally had a different condo rented but we’re told it was not available after we booked it. We were given a choice of three others and chose the Kroger. We were not told that there would be renovation noise in the adjacent condo which was very loud the morning after we got there and lasted all day and parts of the 2nd day. The rental office offered nothing but an apology. We were not told that the pools were closed. It would have been delightful to sit on the pool deck.Love the complex however better communication from the realtor was expected but not delivered. Be prepared to make your own beds they claim Covid rules prevent it but how to Hotels do it?

New Year's Eve Wedding Anniversary Get Away

The kitchen was well stocked.The bed linens and towels had been cleaned by a cleaning service and were sealed in plastic. I appreciated that especially during these COVID times. My only suggestions are to clean the couch and chairs, or cover them with fitted covers that can be removed for washing. They are beginning to show some wear and tear. Also, replace the rugs in the bathrooms with memory foam type vinyl rugs that can be wiped off to cleaned. Overall, we had a wonderful trip. The weather was perfect with temperatures in the high 70's in December. We had a delicious anniversary dinner at Catch Restaurant. I would recommend the property to family and friends.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean but carpets desperately needed to be cleaned. They had people working to put up hurricane shutters. Told us it would take 3-4 hours and it took 3 days of in and out. Master bed is VERY lumpy and NOT comfortable. This is about our 5th year staying in this unit and probably our last.

Reviewer Comments: Totally satisfied during our experience with Bryant and the rental unit was as advertised except for the view.... which was even better than advertised. We will definitely rent again.

A Vacation Rental Experience Designed for the Homeowners' Conveni

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property description was accurate; however, the living room furniture was worn & unclean. The king-sized mattress was lumpy & uncomfortable. The property was reserved and paid the total amount due in March. I received a call from Bryant Realty the week prior to check-in informing me workmen would be installing hurricane shutters-an exterior job taking an hour.On the 3rd day, we returned to the unit, realizing someone had entered the unit, drilled an electrical outlet thru the wall of the master bedroom,and had left wires protruding into the room. The installer said all of the electrical work had not been completed & that they would be returning the next day, taking several hours to complete, including installing a manual crank inside the unit. I asked the installer if he could finish the job then, as they had already drilled, etc., for 2 hours. He said they needed to return the next day, making this a 2-day project during the 5 days I had the unit rented, resulting in loss of use & invasion of privacy! An unidentified man from Bryant called asking me when it would be convenient the next day for the installers to return to complete the job. I told him I was there on vacation, not to have hammering, drilling, and gigantic aluminum shutters being hauled thru the unit by workmen; and, that there was no convenient time while the customer occupied the unit. I called the Bryant Office Manager describing the disruption & he accused me of threatening him. I explained I was simply giving him information to give to the Wrightsville Dunes HOA that nob-emergent improvements to units not be made when a unit is occupied by a customer paying a premium rental fee! The customer was informed of the many extra charges which could be incurred for failure to abide by the numerous rules & regulations, yet the customer could have a vacation ruined at the convenience of the owner.
