Just one block away from all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer! The Loop, which is a 2.5 mile concrete pathway around the island is accessible just out the front door for an early morning jog or a late evening stroll! Second row with direct beach access. Across the street from the city dock. One block away from the heart of the restaurant district of Wrightsville Beach. Robert's Grocery store is just 2 blocks away. Two great ice cream shops and two coffee shops within one block. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse has so much to offer for the perfect family beach vacation! 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and even a crib for little ones. Outside shower. Beach chairs in downstairs storage closet. 2 decks. 2 parking spaces and paid parking available just out front.

Not bad, Old kitchen appliances, Only 1 TV working in the whole house. It made it hard to keep 6 people to settle in at night. Balconies where nice and beach access is is good.

Very disappointed

We drove fromNY to NC with 2 small children to this rental. On the drive down Nicole messaged me that the renters before us had trashed the place. The pull out couch was broke and closet doors had been broken. I asked for the pull out couch to be replaced as we were planning on it for a bed. Nicole responded that replacing it was not a possibility and WE could go buy air mattresses if we needed another bed. I then responded that it was not our responsibility and that we rented the unit with a pull out couch. Nicole ended up giving us one free night for this incident. After arriving at the unit we found the bathroom upstairs to be dirty, dirty dishes, the garbage over flowing, many of the lights did not work and if they did they flickered, light switches missing, outlets smashed and left on the floor, and the broken pull out sofa was left in a pile in the bedroom. There is cleaning fee however, the unit was barely clean. The floors must have not been vacuumed if there were smashed outlet fragments all over the floor. Not safe for children! Nicole did respond and said she would have the couch removed, but nothing else. The only response I received was to leave and I would be refunded my money. This was not a possibility as we were there for wedding in that area over Memorial weekend. Nicole never responded to this or sent someone to clean the unit or offered any other compensation for all the issues. If you have children DO NOT rent this property. If you are just looking for a place to party then this is the rental property for you. Hope this review saves a lot of families the trouble that we experienced with this rental.

Perfect Location - Close to Everything!

We enjoyed our stay at the Townhome, it was so close to everything! Walk to to it all, the restaurants, shopping at Wings, the beach, the loop and the public pier! Couldn't be better! The owner, Nicole, was immediately responsive no matter when I sent her a question or comment and was very accommodating. She's the best!
